"My husband and I came to Ocean Maya Royale for our babymoon and to celebrate our anniversary. We appreciated that the resort was quiet and we could relax. There were so many yummy non-alcoholic drink options for me. While the food portions at the Mexican and Italian restaurants were a little small, they were delicious; my favorite was the buffet and they had themed food every night. We enjoyed all the entertainment offered throughout the day. The staff were all so kind and accommodating. Our room and the beach were very clean and well maintained. Finally, we were easily able to order a safe a reliable cab to and from Playa Del Carmen. We would definitely stay here again! "

"Property is beautifully manicured, very clean, very well kept pools, when I didn't like was the beach erosion in the room I had was on the corner right next to where they pile dead seaweed which smelled bad I asked for an ocean view and I got one a smelly one, restaurants for wealth staffed very polite food was good, not great.."

"The resort was absolutely stunning. Every detail was carefully planned. Having access to the enclave pool made all of the difference as those pools were typically quiet and empty. Those pools also had access to a restaurant that was amazing. The food was everywhere amazing, but the best part about staying at this resort was the staff. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The staff made sure that we had everything we needed and we’re comfortable every single person that I encountered who worked at the resort was extremely kind and easily made me want to come back to this resort again. "We love staying at Xcaret Hotel. My husband and I have stayed at both Hotel Mexico and Arte and had such an amazing stay. The customer service you get there is wonderful. They make you feel right at home. Their buffet, restaurants, and 24 hour room service is so delicious. Our favorite restaurant was Las Cuevas. There is so many things to do there, so you never get bored. They’re all fun inclusive allows you to experience so much more without having to pay extra. We definitely recommend coming here, we look forward to planning our next vacation here. "

"We stayed the week of May 24-may31 2025. This was my second time staying here. The first time was 4 years ago during Covid. We were kind of worried when we saw the news of a fire happening there a week before we were going, but they accommodated us by letting us enjoy the other resorts (tulum and akumul) on their property as well free of charge. This made our stay that much better. Everyone was so friendly and helpful across the whole property. I am a person who uses a walker and they were very accommodating; even with finding me a room on the ground floor. Beautiful resort! Also clean and well taken cared of. I loved seeing the little critters running around; especially the iguanas. (Pics added). Thank you for an unforgettable vacation!"
