"The location is extremely convenient and easily walkable to the temple, which made our visit so comfortable. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Since the place is still new, there were a few small hiccups with the room, but the team was actively working on fixing them. "I am really upset with your booking. My hotel was paid for 4 nights, got there at 12 midnight and i was informed, i didnt have a booking. Can you imagine how i felt after 8 hours driving?? NO BOOKING. I was told by the receptionist that expedia and booking dot com are notorious for stuffing up the bookings. Please refund my money. I WILL NEVER USE Expedia AGAIN!! "

"The hotel is hopeless. From the moment we step in there are plenty of red flags. Firstly, the lift was not working and the receptionist (I don' know what language he is speaking) apologised for the inconvenience. The room ambience is very poor with no proper ventilation. The room is not clean at all with worn out blankets and pullovers. The set of towels given were worn out and of poor quality. Almost to the extent of being thrown out.
