The furnishings are essential and practical. Spacious house with ample parking (partly sheltered from the sun) and large illuminated garden a few meters from the shoreline. The area is residential. Pachino and Pozzallo a few km. Perfect for reaching several seaside resorts in Ragusa / Syracuse.
The furniture is essential but practical. Located just a few meters away from the beach, the house is roomy and it comes with a wide, partly shaded parking lot and a lit lawn garden. Only a few kms away from the towns of Pachino and Pozzallo, the house is close to the main beaches in the provinces of Ragusa and Siracusa.
