The house is beautifully designed—cozy, clean, and thoughtfully decorated with all the essentials you could need.Despite its small size, the space felt open and welcoming, with charming touches that made it feel like home. We especially loved taking peaceful walks through the neighborhood with our dog. The location is perfect—close to shops, the beach, and walking trails, yet tucked away enough to feel private and serene.We couldn't have asked for a better place to unwind. Highly recommend this tiny gem for anyone looking to relax and recharge in Seabrook!"

"We arrived and had a wonderful greeting from Nicole. We got checked in quickly with all the knowledgeable info for the amenities of the hotel. She even helped us get into a room with a beautiful view of the ocean. We enjoyed our stay here at Mar Vista "

"It was renovated since the last time i was here about 5 years ago. The pet friendly room was great, with pet dishes, towels, blanket and even a spread to put over the bed, should I choose to have the dog sleep on the bed. It was uncarpeted , small dinette, mini kitchen with microwave, stove, oven, plates, utensils, and pots and pans. A bit tiny but still great. Direct tv wasnt working cause of wind condition. The best part was the sliding door leading out to the grassy area, which my dog loved. "

"We came to “Life is Good” to celebrate a wedding anniversary, and it was great. Clean, quiet, comfortable, everything we needed. We enjoyed the hot tub, sitting on the deck, and walking on the beach. Our dog had a great time too. "

"We loved this little beach cabin! Cute, clean, and comfortable for the two of us on our own “retreat” from a busy few months. The kitchen is well stocked with all the utensils, dishes, and pans we needed. Comfy bed, plenty of towels available, and the hot tub made us happy! We highly recommend Slack Tide cabin, and hope to return next spring."
