Hotel Riu Palace Pacifico - Adults Only - All Inclusive

"The food was excellent, my 3 favorate restaurants where the french, italian and the steakhouse. The buffet always had great choices at any meal time. The staff was friendly and accommodating, Julian at the buffet breakfast was my absolute favorite server. The resort was very beautiful with 3 pools and steps away from the ocean. These were the greatest pluses there. But unfortunately there was a couple of negatives. It's a long way to anywhere, being an adult only resort, why was there no night club on site. The closest 2 where down the road at family oriented Rius. Weird. As well for 5 of the 7 days there, there was only 1 working elevator. On multiple occasions had to either wait for it return for another try or take the stairs to and from the 6th floor. Not cool. As well I will never go to Mexico in July, why too hot for us Canadians. When it says it feels like 41 C, that's too hot for me. I give the experience 4 stars out of 5."

"We loved our stay at Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta and will definitely be back. The property is beautiful, and the beach is much nicer than any other beach we’ve visited in Puerto Vallarta. Our ocean-view room had a balcony with an incredible sweeping view of the water. The staff were sweet and helpful, and the well-equipped gym also had a gorgeous ocean view. The all-inclusive food was just okay, but overall we had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back."

"The resort was beautiful, the pools were clean and the staff was amazing. The view gives Jurassic park vibes. You enjoy the Mountain View on one side and on the other is the ocean. Two restaurants have dress code, men need to wear pants and closed toe shoes and women are not allowed sandals. The buffet has theme nights so you enjoy different foods each night. The staff was amazing and very helpful. You can also change your money for pesos at the hotel. They arranged shuttle service for us, from airport was $90 to airport it was $50. I definitely recommend this resort."
