Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta - All-inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"My boyfriend and I took our first vacation together here in Puerto Vallarta, the Hyatt Ziva. We picked one week inclusive with a great ocean view and balcony. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The place was so beautiful and it had a.very relaxing and friendly feel. We had a great experience with several of the staff including Ishmael, Abraham. And Judith. Our beautiful room was fully air conditioned and we loved it. The food was fantastic, the people were warm and welcoming. The activities were fun. The Fiesta with the Mariachi band and dancers made our last night so special. We highly recommend this place!"

Barceló Puerto Vallarta - All Inclusive

"If you are looking for a nice resort with beach front access i recommend the Barcelo. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. They treat you like royalty. Only down side is it’s about 20 mins from town, so you need to get a lot of taxi’s to go back and forth, but if you are looking to just stay there and relax it is amazing. They have everything you will need."

"Incredible staff, everyone we met was very friendly and incredibly welcoming. Jesus at concierge, Theresa and Roberto in catering / food service were exceptionally fun and friendly. Wonderful cleaning staff, bar staff, bellman, etc. Spectacular establishment, can’t recommend Amelia enough!"

"The location is idea. However, they advertised breakfast was included when I arrived, I found out it was not. They do not allow you to have any visitors to your room which is very odd and childish. I do not recommend their buffet it's the same food every day and is not the best. There are better cheaper places to eat right across the street. They offer open bar but their alcohol is cheap not recommended."
