"The property was amazing, great pool, right on the beach and the staff went above and beyond there was never a single moment I was left looking for staff or not helped immediately!! A great experience for me and my kids!!"

"The room was very nice and clean. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The Hotel is very beautiful, Great amenities with the beach being just 2 feet away and restaurant on site. I really love it! The only issues we had was at our initial check in at the front desk. We were told that the AC unit for the room we booked was not working and offered to put us in another hotel at another location. At that time we were not willing to go to another location."

"Overall we were very pleased with Hotel Riu Vallarta. The food was very good at both the buffet and the à la carte restaurants. The room could use some minor work (perhaps a deep cleaning and some paint) but was overall clean and inviting. It was cleaned and restocked daily. The kids club was a good way to add some structure to the kids day and to give us parents some down time to bond. There was an adequate amount of entertainment to add some extra fun to the week. We enjoyed the sports bar when we wanted a break from the heat. The gym was clean and had everything you might need for a good workout. You can’t go wrong with a Riu resort along the beach in Nuevo Vallarta!"

"Family-friendly. My preschool daughter enjoyed their drop-in center. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great customer service. Rooms were clean. Thank to staff for ungrading us after some miscommunication with our booking. The view from our room was very nice. The only thing is that you can't control the AC. The thermostat doesn't let you change the temp in the room so it can get warm at night in the room."

The pools and beach were beautiful, and very clean. We truly felt relaxed and taken care of throughout our vacation. We would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a memorable getaway and can’t wait to come back!"
