"We were impressed at how clean and well maintained the property was; from the room to each public area we visited. We loved having direct access to the beach, which was also very clean, and that they provide service there as well. We received amazing service from Sergio, Yonni, and Andres. The swim up bar was convenient and had equally amazing service from Antonia and David. Every restaurant we tried was delicious and the breakfast made us feel as if we were dining with family when Gume serviced our table."

"Los alimentos están bastante mas caros y costosos, que la gran oferta de restaurantes que hay en el aeropuerto. Están muy cerca, muy a la mano y de excelente calidad. Asi que, en el tema de los alimentos, se quedan fuera. Es una lástima para este hotel."

"Hotel is great it looks beautiful at night. The rooms are so comfortable and clean. Everything is new since they remodeled it after the hurricane Otis. The only thing I didn’t like was the food and the service they offer at the restaurant. But there’s so many places to go eat walking distance since it’s on a great location. I would give it 5 stars but they do need to work on their food,"
