"Julia at the front desk was pleasant, patient, effective and friendly. If this is a no smoking in the building, guests should be made aware that this policy includes marijana. Getting off the elevator on the 4th floor (sunset) the smell of pot was very apparent."

"Absolutely perfect home for our family getaway (2 adults, 2 kids, 12 and 8). The home is very well appointed and maintained. Fun layout with unique nooks for everyone to enjoy. The owners were very responsive and respectful. Check in and check out could not have been easier. Huge grocery store is a five minute drive. We had been looking for a home base to do tourist things in St. Louis (which it was perfect for, nearly everything we did in St. Louis was an easy 30 minute drive from this property), but had no idea how nice St. Charles is! The property is literally half a block from the cutest, quaintest downtown you might ever run across. Cobblestone streets, historic buildings, parks and open spaces, bike paths, and tons of boutique shops and one of a kind restaurants. There’s a 1700s chapel right across the street from the property! We ended up spending a lot of time in and around St. Charles. 10/10, highly recommend! I will be recommending this town and this property to friends and family."

"Everything about this motel and my stay deserves 5 stars. It had hotel qualities. Staff was friendly, accommodating and amazing. The breakfast food was so good, you would think it was home cooked. The fitness center needs an upgrade or at minimum instruction on how to use what was there. Room 225 which is the King Suite, didn’t disappoint. Clean, clean, clean! Small refrigerator, microwave, blow dryer, iron, ironing board, tv, coffee table, layout couch, and nice firm bed. This motel has set the standard and now I know any other place I stay won’t hold a candle to this location. Thanks a million for the hospitality. "
