"No free breakfast provided given that it is an IHG hotel and a Holiday Inn at that. No airport shuttle provided and very inconvenient to walk to from the airport. Heater smelled of mildew and there was hair on the bed linens. Otherwise, it was a good-sized room with a small bathroom."

"This hotel was OK. It was an odd set up in the room and the Jacuzzi was broke again. Every time I stayed there something’s wrong with the Jacuzzi."

"Front desk staff was lovely, but the property itself needs work. Our room had a musty, stale smell, the toilet was broken (though fixed promptly when I asked), and the bedside table had something sticky on it.Gym had no working water cooler or cups. This property has seen better days… Given the many hotels near the airport, I would choose a different spot."

"They stay was nice. Clean room and sadly elevator was broken when we were there but that’s not their fault. Breakfast was good but I do wish they had a different way to get juice. When they run out of juice, it’s not refilled right away and with the amount of people coming in and out it would run out quickly The pool was freezing so I do wish it was heated a bit to make it more comfortable. Other than those little things, staff were nice, the stay was great and we definitely felt rested"

"I spent so much money at this hotel. They claimed to accommodate service dogs. However the management harassed me saying my dog smelled bad. She was extremely rude and unempathetic to my situation. Its extremely disrespectful and disheartening to have to be approached about this . I was extremely embarrassed and uncomfortable. She later told me I would no longer be accommodated at all.. she's completely unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone with a service animal or without for that matter.. thanks for the embarrassing stay.. you sure know how to make people feel welcomed"

"Not a big fan of paying for parking for a place you are staying at but other than that, it was a nice place to stay."

"The room was clean but there was poop in the walkway outside my room window and it took them a long time after I reported it for it to be cleaned up. The office clerk was upset that I asked his name cause he was demanding the deposit be cash instead of on my card. Never, ever had to leave a $60 only cash deposit anywhere I've stayed. Who carries that much cash anymore; had to drive/hunt to find a citi atm."
