This updated flat is just a splash away from Lover’s Point Beach and the Coastal Recreational Trail. Part of a multi-unit Victorian, the “A” unit is completely private. Enter the ocean view living room through a glass-enclosed, vine-covered porch and relax on the leather sofa in front of a huge flat screen TV. There’s a dining table for two and a compact kitchen with a four burner gas range, refrigerator,  microwave, and a stainless steel topped island (no dishwasher).   The bedroom has a platform bed and a second TV, and the spacious bath has a tub/shower. Pacific Grove is Gorgeous!

The property is as described in this VRBO listing. The property location is very residential and amazing. A short walk both to the beach and to downtown with lots of restaurant choices. We were very happy with our stay on Fountain Ave!

Wonderful place and great location!

We loved the location! The apartment was clean and well appointed. We cooked most of meals there and had everything we needed. It is a quick walk to multiple restaurants and you can see the water from the front windows.

Pacific Grove Adventure

We originally chose this area as we were planning a trip down the Pacific Coast Highway past Big Sur. We were very pleasantly surprised by the Pacific Grove area. There were some very nice restaurants in the area and plenty to see and do. Our accommodations were just right for the location and amenities. The booking and check in process was very easy and the description was bang on. Very pleasant indeed.

Spotless, well-equipped, and two blocks from the ocean in a quiet and quaint neighborhood. Walk from the home to as far as you'd like in any direction: to restaurants, shopping, Monterey, along the ocean, or through neighborhoods. Manager was very responsive.

Great way to see Monterey peninsula

Lovely place perfect location in pacific Grove. Close to beach, walking to town and along coast. Short ride to monterey and carmel. Nice quiet neighborhood. Place is well kept and conveniently located.

Pacific Grove getaway

Great location -walking distance to so many things. Street parking in front of house was available every time we got back to the house after an outing. Very quiet neighborhood, which was really nice and relaxing.

Great location, especially if you like to walk. Restaurants and grocery store a few blocks away. Asilomar Beach and Cannery both a little over a mile away. Ocean (with miles of path) a half-block away. A comfortable place for two.

Perfect couples getaway

This is the perfect spot to stay for a quiet getaway exploring the PG/Monterey area. It was close enough to walk to many areas and you see the bay off of your front step. Lovers Point is literally steps away. The property itself was comfortable and well equipped.

Very nice

We really enjoyed our trip, the views and the town. Very safe and quiet area. It did get a little hot in the day and several windows don’t open so I would suggest ceiling fans and another fan for the living room. Also would be nice if there was a comfy chair in the living room. Bathroom was spacious and all was very clean.

Loved this place!

We love Pacific Grove and make it a point to return for an annual reset. This time our trip fell 2months after an unexpected injury/surgery so relaxation and recovery were our main goal. This place was so cozy, clean and comfortable. Perfect space for a casual couples weekend getaway. The check in process was smooth. We were even able to collect a forgotten item thanks to the great communication from our hosts. Would definitely return to this space, grateful we stayed!

Wonderful Location - Could Use Some Warmth

This is a beautiful location. The property itself is very sterile. For the cost of this rental, the apartment deserves some warmth, color, and finishing touches. It looks like someone went to a sale at IKEA and then stopped in at Best Buy and got a deal on an oversized TV. This location is too nice to be decorated like a motel.
