"The staff is friendly. The beds and pillows are soft and comfortable. The restaurant serves great food. Second visit to the Pinnacle Habourfront. This time my room wasn’t very clean, floor was dirty, bathroom didn’t look wiped down. The tv was on when we entered the room. It was a little off putting walking into the room while hearing the tv and wondering if someone was in there. Overall, good hotel and very central to downtown."
