"Staff at this hotel was excellent. They treated us and other guests like it was a 5 star resort! There were tons of amenities and extras that they had available to us (like filtered water, reusable beach bag, towels for the beach/pool). Would definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel is a nice place to stay. Alot of places within walking distance, but had a rental which hotel charges daily for it being parked on property fyi. Stayed in the diamond which only issue was room smelled little funny but aired out daily then was all good nothing to gripe about. Staff super friendly islanders super super friendly. I do recommend the stay it truly is a nice hotel. I would stay again if traveled back"

"Place is greatly located! The shuttle is clutch! Restaurants inside plus a Bar. Pretty much have a small convenience store located inside with everything you might need. Rooms a little outdated but are great for resting your body after being beat up by Disney."

"My family and I stayed at this hotel during early September to celebrate a birthday. We had an amazing experience, both from the living space and the staff. Staff were extremely helpful at every step of our visit, giving recommendations and where to go, where to eat, and offering assistance with transportation if needed. Breakfast was included and it was amazing, and there is frequent rotation of certain food items, so you never get bored. They also heated the pool during cold nights which was fantastic. The location on Fisherman's Wharf was great as well, and there were many things to do in the area, or just strolling around the water front which is what we did on nights where we were exhausted and wanted the chance to unwind. There's also a running path on the Wharf, which was excellent and convenient on days the hotel gym was pretty full (which it will get). My only qualm is that they do not offer water after check in, which I found weird, but there is no issue there as there is a Bargain Store right across the street from the hotel that offers inexpensive options for water. Overall, 9/10 experience and will be returning soon!"
