"Smokers and loud guests after hour music in their rooms partying smoking weeds all over. Terrible facility low quality and poor management. Felt like we are staying in a motel by the highway would have been better. Restaurant ridiculously small and poor service.

"Great location close to museum row, Grand Central Market, Little Tokyo, etc. Attentive hotel and valet staff. Rooms were cleaned early in the day which was a plus. Loved the California Plaza. Service at Noe was 10/10 super friendly lady server. Have stayed at the Omni many times and would come back again!"
"Great staff and great valet service. Lucky to have got a parking package for the weekend. Staff was very helpful and kind. They called when they noticed a door was not working properly and offered to move us to a different room. They are very invested in making sure their guests are happy and having an enjoyable stay. Which adds to the whole experience. The bar Monte’s attached to the hotel has great food and the hotel is in a great area close to many food spots. Walking distance to the pier...
