"Close to the ballpark and to the gas lamp district. Room service was horrible. We placed a breakfast order and it was never delivered. After going back and forth with the front desk and restaurant for over 3 hours, we finally cancelled our order. We would’ve cancelled it sooner but they kept telling us it was “almost ready” and would be delivered “soon.”"

"The hotel service was perfect. The room was clean and all in great condition. It is near many dining places and it has access to many nearby transportation options. My only concern is that the area around it felt unsafe. There were many homeless people around and it did not feel safe to take public transportation at night."
