"It was clean, the staff was very helpful and friendly and it was in a great location. It was next to the Ovation Hollywood shopping area, The Dolby Theater and the Hollywood stars walk of fame was behind it. Very accessible to a lot of sites! I would stay there again!"

"The air conditioning in our room didn’t work very well. We asked to have someone look at it, but didn ’t notice a difference. We were also hoping for more fresh fruit options. There were only apples and cut up oranges. The canned pineapple and fruit cocktail were not appealing options. Friendly, helpful staff and the kids area was cute! We didn’t make it to the pool but it was being used by a few families."

"Let me start off by saying I love it here. I left my expensive eyeglasses here , called 10x days later and they had found them. I have stayed here several times. The free desert was fabulous!the only con I had was the phone didn’t work in the room and there was no ironing board in the room upon my arrival. I wish the rooms had microwaves, but as I was leaving I saw several in the hall, so it must be by request."

"Staff at this hotel was excellent. They treated us and other guests like it was a 5 star resort! There were tons of amenities and extras that they had available to us (like filtered water, reusable beach bag, towels for the beach/pool). Would definitely stay here again!"
