"The room was quite nice. However;
We had 3 problems with the housekeeping staff:
First, we discovered that there was only 1 coffee mug in the room and this was not corrected by the staff who cleaned - so we had to call for a 2nd mug.
Second, the housekeeping staff did not remove the obviously used, dirty wash clothes.

Third - we were ready to pack up to leave and discovered the housekeeping staff had THROWN AWAY our cooler! It was made of compostable cardboard and was inexpensive -...
