"I found a pill in my room. I had an 8 year old with me. The room was overall dusty, dirty. An actual bloody booger in the wall, dead spider smashed into ceiling, and the tub was soap scummy. They happily gave me a new room. But it was also kinda dirty. Especially at the microwave desk. When I was checking out i realized I letmft something in that room amd I asked if it was possible to check it for my item if nobody was booked into the room. She gave me a room key for it and said I could check...

"This hotel was newly remodeled and was very clean. My favorite amenity was the free shuttle to the airport. We were able to take advantage of this which saved quite a bit in Uber fees. The hotel staff was quite informative in helping us get to downtown Seattle using light rail and the monorail. Very much appreciated!"

"I like for convenient location. I dislike the fact that there was no hot water in the room could not take a shower or shave. There was no discount on the price.. a big negative in my opinion"

"Staff was excellent and professional. Shuttles were timely and convenient. Having to pay a high rate for their hotel parking was a surprise. It was underutilized and felt like nickel-and-diming. At breakfast, I missed previous Hampton Inn inclusion of strawberries for the waffles and Nutella spread. Overall, a good stay."
