Ocean/Beach Front 🏖🌊w/ Sweeping Oceanviews🌅🐳🪂

Our home is located right in front of Pacific Ocean and just 15 mins away from SF and SFO. Situated on the second floor of a duplex, its large windows create splendid ocean views. The ocean smell and waves make the vacation very relaxed. Whale watching, surfing, paragliding or just viewing sunsets are all memorable activities. Beach access is just across the street. Our home was recently remodeled with all brand new smart appliances and furniture. TV/lights can be turned on/off via voice commands.

This is a two bedroom and one bathroom upstairs unit. A flight of 17 stairs will lead you to our home. All the beds have new foam mattresses, beddings and pillows. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart home display, which you can control appliances and lights via voice. There is an open style living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living area has games to play and a 70 inch TV with Netflix. We installed a smart bidet toilet with the multifunction hands-free innovations. It has auto flush with sensor-driven soft-closing lid that opens and closes intuitively.

We share one wall with our neighbor of the duplex. Please keep your sound low after 9 pm. We have installed outdoor security cameras. Please kindly let us know if you are expecting visitors. Any extra guests even if they do not spend the night or pets are subject to a fine of $200 per day per guest unless approved.

We are excited for you to stay here, but please read ALL house rules before booking. There will be a $500 fine for breaking house rules. Thanks!

Guests will have the access to the whole apartment except one closet in the hallway, which has been used as our storage room.

Access code to the smart lock will be given before arrival.

Other things to note
Similar to the majority of homes in the area, our residence does not have air conditioning. However, with the cooler local temperatures, opening the windows allows ocean breezes to naturally cool the space.

Any unregistered guests or pets, regardless of overnight stay, will incur a fee of $200 per day per guest/pet, unless prior approval has been granted.

Anniversary Getaway

Cozy, affordable and close to lots of fun

Our family of 5 stayed at this cozy apartment for a few days. The views of the Pacific were great and we enjoyed the close walk to the sandy beach. The apartment had lots to keep us comfortable. Our family did find sharing one bathroom a challenge, but the affordability made it worth it. Parking is right under the unit and we felt safe and secure. The owner was super helpful and had quick communication! We had a nice time!

Comfortable apartment just outside of San Francisco

This was a cozy place for my husband and I and our 2 teens to retreat to after a day of exploring San Francisco. Sunset over Manor Beach just across the street was lovely. Recommend breakfast at Breakers in Pacifica.

The perfect beach house

The home was everything I needed and had things I didn't know I was missing in life. Being so close to the beach was amazing. The neighborhood is quiet and people are friendly. The house is conveniently close to a grocery store and places to eat. The city is close enough to drive in and out as much as needed. Arlene is a fantstic host and quick to reply. Will be back!

Great family gateway!

We absolutely loved our week in California! The location of this property is perfect! The beach access is literally right across the street! Beautiful view and condo!

We really enjoyed this condo. There has been extensive remodeling and upgrades. The view is beautiful. Arlene was very responsive and friendly when we had questions. I highly recommend this property. Very comfortable king size bed. Check in and out was seamless and easy. Good instructions for both.

Visit to San Francisco

This property was such a great location to explore San Francisco and the area. We felt safe and everything was convenient. The apartment had everything we needed and then some! We called it a Smart apartment because of all the extra nice technology(charging stations, auto lights, smart frig, etc.) It was a great place to stay! Safe and convenient. Loved the views! We loved eating at Nicks and Moonrakers. Fabulous food, service and views. Lovely little area. Our only regret was not planning to stay longer! We will be back!

Summer Pacifica 2024

Amazing property! My family enjoyed our time. The place was well stocked for our needs. The property is within a half block to the entrance down to the beach. Beach chairs were available for us to use. We had an easy drive into San Francisco to see the sights. Restaurants and a grocery store are three blocks away from the property. This is an amazing place and if we return to the area, we will try to get this place again. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Great place with a nice view. Unfortunately, there was a rundown bus parked across the street that ruins the view. My son loved the pullout futon, it was very comfortable. All the beds were comfortable. I appreciated the throw blankets. We used them while we sat outside (weather is VERY cool and with the wind blowing, it's much, more cooler). We were in walking distance from a shopping center with excellent dinning.

Great place to stay for San Francisco/Beach trip

This VRBO was perfect for our San Francisco vacation. It took about 15-20 minutes to get to our city explorations(45 minutes with heavy traffic) and only 15 minutes to airport. It was great to return from the city to this VRBO for a quick walk to the beach or just to relax inside. It was clean, decorated nicely and enough room for our family of 4 to space out. Beds were also comfortable. Kitchen was pretty well equipped. We were unsure of the surrounding area as we first arrived, due to the RV parking and how some buildings look a little old and run down. Regardless, we felt safe and secure here. This place was a great to stay at and the owner was very responsive to any need. We would stay again.

Nice getaway by the sea

We enjoyed this rental. It has been completely updated inside so the space is beautiful. We also enjoyed the voice command for the lights, a nice feature when you forget to turn off the lights. Across the street, you can walk down to the beach, which is gorgeous! Our only complaints were the neighbors screaming in the middle of the night on our first night, luckily this didn’t happen on nights two and three, and the smart lights in the bathroom during the night, which came on automatically when we entered the bathroom. Not exactly what you want in the middle of the night!! However, we appreciated them during waking hours and the smart toilet with bidet was an added bonus! Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Arlene’s apartment was superb! Every detail meticulously thought out to extend the comfort of your stay. King bed was perfect, 5 star hotel quality bedding. Kitchen had everything we could ask for, including coffee creamer and filtered ice cold water from the fridge. This is a smart apartment, from lighting to automatic toilet flushing and heated toilet seat! Did I mention the panoramic ocean view?! A five minute walk down the hill drops you out onto black and gold beach sand. The sound of the crashing waves was amazing and you can hear them from the porch! Super easy check-in and check-out. Very little we had to do before leaving, just as if we were at a premium hotel. There was absolutely nothing that would have made our stay better except staying longer.

Ocean view escape

We wanted a place not far from the city but near the ocean. This was perfect! We had a view of the water from the living room and it was gorgeous. The unit itself was fully upgraded and had new appliances throughout. We loved having two rooms, so our kids had their own space. They even had their own beds in the second bedroom! It was such a treat. Arlene made sure to communicate every step of the way to give us easy instructions of how to get into the home. I truly appreciated all of the technology the home has, including the automatic locks, the wireless chargers, but most importantly the washer and dryer. It was so nice to have. But that’s just a small list of all of the amazing touches that Arlene put in the home. She has everything ready. We didn’t have to lift a finger. She had all of the kitchen items, toiletries, and even had blankets to cuddle on the couch. It was great. Thank you for an amazing stay!
