A very well located family owned hotel where everyone knows your name. It’s also nicely decorated, kept impeccably clean, and the breakfast was delicious! I look forward to my next stay.

Excellent services

The staff was wonderful.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Kasama, and I cannot praise it enough. The hosts were incredibly attentive and kind, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Mr. Felipe was always willing to share plans and things to do in San Agustin, which made my stay even more enjoyable. His wife, Sammy, prepared a delicious breakfast each morning, adding a personal touch to the experience. The beauty of the place is truly remarkable, especially the breathtaking view of the...

Everything on the property was absolutely beautiful, including the food. The staff, the pool, the rooms and the grounds. Felt completely safe. The whole time I was there with my wife. Maybe a couple more hooks in the bathroom to hang stuff up.But other than that, it was fantastico. We will definitely be back!

Great room. Fantastic staff.

This is a spectacular hotel! Everything about gives you luxury and privacy and a feeling of ease! I would love to have more hotels available around the world like this one.

This was my first visit to Colombia. I’m so glad I stayed at Alko Nispero. I met the most friendly and helpful staff. Shout out to Duvan who made my stay so welcoming and safe. He went above and beyond his duties to make sure I was getting to places safely, recommendations for food and overall was a great person to speak with. The breakfast was delicious - everything fresh and great portion. And it was free with the reservation. The food at the restaurant of the hotel was excellent as well....

Room was clean when checkin-in and they always provided room service during the stay. Highly recommended.

The LeClerc is situated on a quiet street in the Grenada neighborhood, and it was, in an earlier incarnation, a beautiful private residence. Everything about the hotel was excellent (wi-fi, air conditioning, cleanliness, etc.), and I would stay there again on a return trip to Cali. However, the most impressive aspect of the hotel was the staff. They were immensely kind and eager to help with all sorts of information and anything else they could do to make the stay pleasant. Excellent Breakfast, Great Location, Big Clean Rooms. Staff is not to friendly but they are serviceble.

This hotel is pretty conveniently located close to shopping malls and bars. The staff was very friendly and helped me the whole time. The cost va benefit is very balanced

Lovely hotel, the rooms were spacious and very clean, the staff was wonderful and incredibly patient and helpful with the clients. The restaurant was quiet, the food was delicious and the priced were really good. The staff of both the hotel and restaurant were BY FAR the best asset of the hotel. I would definitely book this hotel next time I visit to Cali.

Excelente ubicación en el centro de la ciudad, habitaciones amplias y limpias. Para destacar la amabilidad del personal.
