"Being “perfectly located” in Old San Juan means you’re within walking distance of lots of restaurants, bars, historic sites (forts, plazas, cathedrals), and shops. "I was able to book my room last minute due to a cancelation on my airbnb due to city emergency of water outage due to a pipe burst in the city. Hyatt has reserved water back up and we were able to have a very comfortable stay. The location was extremely convenient for me, near everything and the courtesy shuttle to Old San Juan was a very pleasant surprise."
