All staff were very helpful and friendly when requests were made. Hotel public areas and rooms were very clean and the room was well fitted out. The booking process for breakfasts could have been better explained by possibly an information sheet in the room, similarly tea / coffee facilities in the room would be a welcome addition. Minor issues that never spoiled our stay but worth mentioning. Would stay at Hotel Giotto again and recommend to others.

The overall property was great but after being locked out, and specifically asking the day before to clean and refill my room (I ask for service only once). I came to my room with dishes still in room and no tea. I had to work late so I explained to the guy and asked for a teabag. He said bar is closed. I said I just want a tea bag. He said no and I could not believe it! I said really this is crazy, he went on to say if I don’t like find a new hotel. For a tea bag! The next morning I told the manager and they said ‘ok’… that’s it … I chose this hotel against my company’s advice but it was so close to everything. I am really sad to give this review. It was just a tea bag. Please find better a

Hotel letteralmente a due passi dal centro dove ci sono i luoghi più interessanti da visitare; camera e bagno pulitissimi; letto molto comodo e stanza silenziosa per un ottimo riposo. Per il parcheggio noi siamo stati fortunati perché ne abbiamo trovato uno vicinissimo tra gli ultimi disponibili (su strisce blu gratuiti nelle giornate festive in cui abbiamo soggiornato) altrimenti è dura. Consiglio pertanto di usufruire del parcheggio (a pagamento €14) che offre l'hotel. Personale molto cordiale che ci ha suggerito anche dove mangiare. Ottima esperienza!

Hotel consigliato!

Soggiorno di una notte confortevole. In occasione di un viaggio per visitare la città di Padova (graziosa, ordinata, accogliente e ricca di belle cose da visitare) abbiamo trovato l'Hotel Giotto ed è stata una esperienza positiva. Servizio buono, ottima pulizia, spazio consono al contesto dichiarato e comodità per parcheggio e collegamento con il centro di Padova e soprattutto molto vicino alla Basilica di Sant'Antonio, una delle principali attrattive della città. Consigliamo l'hotel per chi volesse dicedere di soggiornare a Padova.

Ottima posizione

Ho soggiornato per due notti, posizione buona vicino alla Basilica e al centro storico di Padova. In generale esperienza positiva, tranne all'ultimo giorno: a causa di un black out nel quartiere siamo rimaste bloccate per 45 minuti in ascensore, abbiamo dovuto attendere il tecnico perchè in struttura nessuno è stato in grado di aiutarci. Una volta uscite sarebbe stato estremamente gradito un atto di gentilezza, quale ad esempio offrirci un bicchiere d'acqua, un caffè o un gesto di attenzione. Peccato, la valutazione avrebbe potuto essere estramamente positiva!

Estuvimos en una habitación triple de gran capacidad,cómoda y con baño amplio para los tres. El alojamiento está bien ubicado,cerca de la basílica de san Antonio. Cerca hay linea de autobuses que van al centro de padua. Destaco la limpieza del hotel y las instalaciones están bien . Muy práctico.
