"I need pay extra fee, after pay my stay. The elevator is broken , my room is in 4th floor, I need use the stairs. The phone in my room no working, when I need something I need going down stair all the time"

"A hotel that shows signs of aging and lack of renovation and maintenance; however, it serves well the purpose of a good night's sleep and a good bathroom. The parking access system is awkward and needs an upgrade."
