"The room was very hot because the AC was not working. They claimed they did not know about that and could not fix it for our stay. So we requested the reimbursement and found another hotel nearby. "

"We stayed here for 2 nights it’s a bit of a walk out of the centre around 20 minutes the apartment itself was really clean and the host was friendly. He did however fail to tell us on check in that he was having essential building works done. On the first day all afternoon was the sound of a concrete mixer and Jack hammer. This then started on our last morning at 7.30am - normally if we were up for work no problem but we’re on holiday and feel the host should have mentioned this on check in....

"Bella camera moderna dotata di bagno con areatore . Stanza pulita ed erano presenti tutti servizi necessari nei dintorni:conad, coop, bar, farmacia. Host gentilissima e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Unica pecca, probabilmente non dovuta agli host, ma alle possibilità di scelta su expedia è che risultava nelle foto la camera con il terrazzino mentre la nostra camera ne era priva e puo essere limitante per stendere alcuni vestiti perche la camera rischia di puzzare di umidità. "This hotel exceeded our expectations. The location is great, jus few blocks from the historic center. The room was very spacious for our family of 4 (2 adults-2 teens) with beautiful views from all windows. The breakfast is absolutely amazing, they have such a big variety of food, cold and hot, very clean and neat. We had rented a car for our stay in Sardinia and the parking was easy, some days we found free parking spots, some days we had to pay at the meters but it is very affordable. We felt very safe at all times. We walked every night to have dinners at the historic center every night. There is a super market only few feet away. We will absolutely recommend this hotel and will definitely be back"
