Trearth is a comfortable rural haven overlooking fields on two sides located down a narrow Cornish lane leading down to the glorious sandy beach at Treyarnon only a mile away.  Ideally located within a mile of shops, pubs, restaurants and takeaways as well as some of the finest beaches in Cornwall.

Beds: 1 x double (4’6”), 2 x twin (3’).
Bed linen and towels: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Accessibility: Property on one level.
Kitchen and utilities: Electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher.
Outside: Enclosed garden, lawned with shrubs, limited sea view, picnic table, garden bench and chairs, barbecue. The garage is available for storage of your surfboards, bicycles, etc.
Parking: Parking for 2- 3 cars on driveway.
Nearest beach: 1 mile.
Nearest amenities: 1 mile.
Changeover time: Arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
General: Free WiFi provided. Oil-fired central heating throughout. Smart TV.
Facilities for families: None provided.
Pets:  Not allowed.
