"We actually stayed at the Palazzo Flora as the original room had a plumbing problem just before we arrived. The staff were incredibly helpful and communicative both in advance and during our stay. The alternative room was magical, classy and located in the old semi-island part of Gallipoli. Breakfast was great too. Overall a wonderful experience with great staff. "

Ero convinto le condizioni fossero le stesse delle stanze, ma in realtà le pulizie e il riassortimento saponi erano previste settimanali, comunque poco male. "This hotel is fit for a king, only downside is it’s not fit for the physically challenged, stairs are to steep and narrow, might want to mention it on your listing. There was no phone in the room incase of emergency, and no TV for rainy days. Other than that, just fantastic!"
