"급하게 예약한 숙소였는데 숙소가 아늑하고 청결상태가 무척 좋아서 전반적으로 만족스러웠습니다만 다소 불만인점은 숙소 이용에 대한 안내가 많이 미흡한 것 같습니다. 이용안내 문자를 당일 체크인 시간에나 받아볼 수 있었고 그 전에 미리 버베큐 이용 문의를 남겼으나 별다른 답변을 받지 못하였습니다. 이용 당일이 되어서야 다시금 숙소에 전화를 했고 바베큐 요청을 드려 이용은 할 수 있었지만 다소 아쉬운 부분이었습니다. 또한 바베큐 이용료에 대해서도 아무런 안내를 받지 못했는데 체크아웃 당일날 문자로 3만원을 현금으로 달라고 요청하셔서 당혹스러웠습니다. 예약사이트에도 요금에 대한 안내가 없었고 전화로 요청했을때도 아무 말씀이 없다가 갑자기 3만원을 내라고 하는겐 좀 많이 아쉽다는 생각이 드네요. 사전에 미리 안내를 해주셨다면 좋았을텐데요. 마지막으로 방에서 냉장고 소음이 너무 커서 잠을 자기가 어려웠습니다. 이 부분도 개선이 필요해 보입니다. "

"보통 글램핑은 온돌방에 히터가 있어서 겨울에도 자주 이용하곤 하는데.. 여긴 온돌이 아니고 침대에 전기장판 뿐이에요 온도도 안 올라가고 주말에 한파주의보였는데 자면 큰일날 것 같아서 숙박비가 아깝지만 돌아왔네요. 그리고 추운것도 추운거지만 텐트에 곰팡이 보고 차마 잘 수가 없었어요 ㅠㅠ 곰팡이가 너무너무너무 심해요 ㅠㅠ 숙박비 날리고 돌아왔습니다. "

"조금 낡긴 했지만 청결하고 사용하기 편합니다. 입구가 좀 독특한 곳에 있어서 찾기 힘든 게 첫 관문이었습니다. 입구가 도로 쪽에 있지 않고 길 안쪽이라고 해야 되나 아무튼 안쪽에 있습니다. 갑천 쪽이 보이는 숙소의 경우 뷰는 정말 좋은데 밤에 차량 소리가 너무 잘 들려서 문을 열고 잘 수는 없습니다. 대신 낮에도 밤에도 경치는 정말 좋습니다."
