"Beautiful villa with breathtaking views in great location. Photos do not do it justice. My husband and I have been coming to the Paphos region for 20 years. Laura Hills is one of the best villas we have stayed in. Set in a peaceful part of Peyia, the villa is equipped with everything you need to have a fantastic family holiday. Tracy & Nicos were wonderful hosts prior to our arrival, provided a generous welcome pack (including our favourite Cypriot beer & wine) & went above & beyond to ensure we had a wonderful holiday. The villa is very clean & all rooms are fully air conditioned. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. A lovely dining area & relaxing lounge area with large tv; has sports & access to Netflix too. WiFi was also appreciated. We used both bedrooms upstairs. Both have their own en-suite which my tween daughter was delighted about. Beds are very comfortable, high quality bed linens & fully air conditioned. Both bedrooms have balconies which open out to stunning views overlooking Peyia and the Coral Bay coastline. Outdoors there is a large wraparound terrace with both sunny and shaded areas to relax and sunbathe. The pool was lovely with a shower area & cleaned every couple of days. We also had a mid-stay clean too which was much appreciated. We had a late flight home & Tracy kindly gave us a late check out so we were still able to relax on our last day. An out standing place for a family vacation, excellent service, good food with a lot of variety , clean and tidy, close to the beach with several options of water sports activities, comfortable pools with pleasant water, if you can, take a studio with a sea view (grass), thanks for an unforgettable vacation! "We had everything we needed at the property we had suvh a good time in the pool the gatdens are well kept the inside was dated but very clean you cant go wrong for the price you pay its a little bit out of town but taxis are very cheap and easy."

"Peter and Robbie were excellent work communication from the day we booked to the day we left. Villa perfect pool perfect . Cannot fault anything at all. Can walk to a couple of restaurants and coral bay a short 5 min drive. We are all sad to be going home. Would definitely book again . "

"We loved the upgraded windows, shutters and glass surrounding the top veranda. Villa behind still isn’t complete but there was no work going on when we there. We hired a car for the 2 weeks so had a few days out but spent most days just lazing round the pool. We walked down to the 3 local restaurants for lunches and a few evening meals, all lovely. Last time our favourite was Nature but this time we liked Sea Caves Tavern. Villa is in a great location to walk to good restaurants but a car is handy for shopping (although Phillipos do deliver) and for days out. "

"The communications from the owners was excellent. The overall property was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. There were even some unexpected touches with drinking water, a couple of bottles of wine as well as some food items. There was also some buckets,spades and other items for the beach, I would definitely recommend this property to anyone 10 out of 10 brilliant "
