"One of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed - hotel is an old palace and the whole place is so unique. Only thing was it was a bit challenging to find the ‘front desk’ to check in (not the typical counter you expect to see at a hotel) so took us a little bit to check in etc but was such a lovely place to stay"

"We stayed for just one night in the "Lu Magazzi". It was a beautiful room and looked like it had been very recently built. Everything was spotlessly clean and new. We enjoyed the breakfast with all the home produced products. We particularly loved the Torta di noci (Walnut cake). The owner provided helpful suggestions on nearby places to eat - all a short drive away in the next village. Such an idilic quiet place to stay if you are exploring the Sibilini mountains. "Hotel minimal per chi ha poche pretese, proprietari gentili e disponibili. Nonostante non avessi prenotato la cena sono venuti incontro alle mie esigenze. Nota negativa: la camera puzzava di fumo di sigararette."

"Great place to visit, authentically restored castle ran by the descendants of the same family. Owner Francesco and his wife are very friendly, generous and very kind hosts. Even though the castle isn’t in the main traveler’s route, it is most definitely worth taking a detour to stay here!"

"Very beautiful place in the middle of a small, warm, green village.
We had the privilege of experiencing the autumn festival and the chestnut harvest.
The room was spacious and comfortable.
The swimming pool and the terrace offer a pleasant complement.
Breakfast was perfect.
A few kilometers by car from the mountains and attractions of Ascoli Piceno and Castelluccio di Norcia.

"🌟 Exceptional Stay at Hotel Delle Rose! 🌟
I had a fantastic experience at Hotel Delle Rose! The food was absolutely delicious — a great variety, super fresh, and bursting with flavor. The hotel itself was spotless and perfectly located right in the heart of Cascia, just steps away from the Basilica of Saint Rita, which made visiting incredibly convenient. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and always went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. If you're visiting Cascia, I highly recommend staying here — it's truly the best location with top-notch hospitality!

"Quiet countryside property.
The rooms were nicely appointed but the walls are thin and you could clearly hear the people on the other side. We made sure we spoke quietly so we wouldn’t disturb any of the other rooms but unfortunately that was not reciprocated.
A nice spot convenient to some beautiful Umbrian towns.
You definitely need a car to stay here."

"Such a beautiful property, well maintained with spacious rooms and amazing views. The property is relatively small but is a great find. This is our second visit and we did feel the food was not as good as last time we were here. It is of good quality but we felt it was overpriced and had become too complex, we feel the removal of the buffet breakfast will lead to more waste and was not to our taste."
Umbria, Spoleto - country estate with pool up to 15 people in panoramic position
2/10 Terrible
"Property was not as listed on the site. No WiFi, towels and bed linens were not provided, cleanliness was subpar, and a cash payment was demanded upon arrival. Check-in and check-out processes were unclear. "
"Unique and wonderful!
We stayed here because we wanted to see the flower fields near Casteluccio. We drove up from Rome in about 4 hours through beautiful mountains. This castle (a former defensive fortification) was a breathtaking sight at the end of the drive. We were warmly greeted by the owners, Francesco and his sister Lara. Our baggage was taken up the stairs via an amazing custom monorail.
The room was comfortable and cool, the linens were excellent quality, our sleep was refreshing, and breakfast healthy and satisfying. They feature delicious bottled juices. Francesco gave us a tour of the fascinating historical interior rooms including the winemaking room with the grape stomping vats! I highly recommend Castle di Luco, we will treasure our stay here forever!
