Our home, RIM VIEW CHATEAU at Lake Powell, is a gorgeous luxurious 3 story home of over 4300 square feet with 7 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms that has amazing views and includes a beautiful spa and pool! With more than 300 feet of view fence, you find yourself nestled on a large private property that sits high on the Manson Mesa with unlimited views of Lake Powell, the Glen Canyon Dam, the Colorado River, Page National Golf Course, amazing plateaus and canyons that invite more than 2 million visitors per year! Go to our Video Links tab to see the home! At the Rim View Chateau, you control 'Time'. You can relax in luxury and fall asleep with your eyes wanting to stay open just to enjoy the views from your room. If you want to exercise, the most beautiful views you will find are located on the Rim View Jogging trail that are accessible just below this home. If your spirit is aggressive, the true beauty of this area is at your disposal...from Water Skiing, Snorkeling, Mountain Biking, Fly Fishing in the Colorado River, River Rafting or just exploring areas that are beyond imagination such as the Horseshoe Bend or the Skinny Caves... you will not find a better place to enjoy your vacation! With Two (2) KING Beds and Five (5) QUEEN Beds all in separate rooms and Four (4) full bathrooms there is plenty of privacy for everyone. The entertainment room is a very large room that features large reclining leather seating & 52 LCD screen. Max Capacity for the Rim View Chateau is 14.
Need two (2) nights? We can sometimes fit two (2) night stays into our reservation schedules but we must limit the maximum about of people to 8 with additional costs per person thereafter. Call us and let talk about your dates.

We loved our stay at this place. We have zero complaints. The place is very convenient to Lake Powell. The backyard is amazing. I particularly liked the fenced off swimming areas to keep the younger kids safe.

Awesome Vacation Home

It's the best VRBO rental I have ever stayed in. The outdoor area and views are breathtaking. Well-stocked kitchen and plenty of additional kitchen aids. Easy communication with the property manager. It was our 30th Wedding Anniversary and it couldn't get any better.

Desert Oasis

We stayed over Labor Day weekend. The home was beautiful and the pool and outdoor spaces were amazing with many areas to gather to swim eat and relax. The view is stunning too! The home has many bedrooms and the adults each had their own space which unlike others that say they fit 14 , with the 7 bedrooms everyone had a space to retreat to. We Loved every minute!

We have been eyeing this property since our last stay in Page 6 yrs ago, and we finally booked it for our Aug 2024 stay. It did not disappoint. The house was plenty big enough for our group of 14. The backyard was as amazing as it looks and they views were even more amazing. Nice job Scott & Amy!

Great Experience

We had a large family group; my sister & her husband and their kids and spouses and my husband & I with our children, spouses and 2 grandchildren. Everyone loved the house and the backyard. This is the best equipped house we have rented. It definitely exceeded our expectations.

Family vacation! Must stay!

The house was perfect! Space and rooms for our family vacation. We had 13 people and it was beyond equipped for that many! We loved every second of being at the house. The pool and the owner’s went over the top to make sure we were comfy! It was a vacation we will always remember! Page is most see and the house is a must stay!

Amazing property

This property was an absolutely amazing dream. We had 9 adults and 4 children and there was more than enough space for everyone. Lots of great extras for an amazing family trip. The check in and communication were great and we even got a sneak peak at the new property next door. Can't wait to take another family trip to Page and stay here. Neighborhood was quiet and close to everything we needed. Best experience I have every had at a rental.

Beautiful house, views, and outdoor space

We had 13 family members, ages 1 to 78, staying at the house. We had plenty of space for everyone, and all of us loved the views and outdoor space. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We fixed several family meals. The owners, Scott and Amy, and the property managers, Bryan and Amanda were very responsive. Overall, it was a fabulous trip!

Family Vacation of a Lifetime

Rim View Chateau is one of the best VRBOs we've ever stayed in. The kitchen was fully stocked including spices, oils, condiments, etc. All the bedrooms were roomy and clean. The kids LOVED the basement rec room with basketball, air hockey, PS5 and video games.The view was brilliant, and could be taken out of a luxury magazine.Our concierge, Amanda, was professional and pleasant and it was so helpful to have someone introduce us to the house.Our children and grandchildren called this a "vacation of a lifetime."While it was too cool for the pool the hot tub, more than made up for it.A 5 star experience all around.

Outstanding family vacation in Page!

Our group had an amazing time at Rim View Chateau! We’d been looking forward to this trip and the house was perfect. Clean, spacious, great location and well stocked! We spent the majority of our time at the house relaxing and enjoying the great backyard and views. I cannot say enough good things about the pool! We had a 3 year old and 9 month old with us and the shape of the pool was perfect for the adults and the kids - the shallow ledge area for the toddler to splash around in and the baby to stand in was amazing. If we’re ever back in Page we will certainly book with Scott and Amy again!

Wonderful stay

Scott’s home has everything you could need for your Lake Powell vacation. So much space inside and out, close to walking paths, short drive to Wahweap marina, and breathtaking views. Our families enjoyed soaking in the hot tub while kids played in the pool with the floaties and toys or playing air hockey and Pac-Man in the basement. The kitchen was fantastic with plenty of seating for all of us. Fully equipped with a high chair, pack n plays, all your kitchen needs, large pantry, coffee maker, keurig, blender, literally just about everything. We would definitely return! Thanks for a fantastic stay!

WONDERLAND!

We had a family stay of 14 people. 1 year old to 75! The home was that...a home. Expansive, amazingly stocked, and the outdoor living area was incredible. The view will leave you breathless, truly that good. We utilized the hot tub and the firepit, enjoying both the evening and day views. The hosts, Amy, Scott and Brandon were wonderful. The location is central to so many amazing places to hike and see. We would definitely stay here again.LOVED IT!!!!!

Amazing stay

Our group of 10 had a fantastic stay at the Rim View Chateau. There is plenty of rooms for all of us. The house is well kept, clean, full of amenities, and very well stocked. The beds are comfortable. The backyard is beautiful with lots of outdoor furniture. We spent every evening relaxing and eating dinner in the backyard. After a long day exploring the area, we were all looking forward to returning back to enjoy the beautiful house. This is one of the best houses we've ever rented. The property manager responds promptly to our inquiries. We would love to come back in the near future. Thank you Scott and Amy.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

My family of 13 loved our 6-day stay here, particularly the beautiful and spacious entertainment area in the backyard and the well-stocked kitchen. We cooked in nearly every night! Though we had no need for it, there was plenty of recreational gear in the garage. And the house is well-situated to the many natural wonders that abound near Page. The property manager, Amanda, was very responsive, and we also enjoyed meeting the owners, Scott and Amy, who were working on the gorgeous “sister” property next door and graciously invited us in for a sneak peak (7000 sq ft—a real stunner inside and out)! We would definitely recommend either/both of their properties for a memorable Arizona/Utah vacation.

Great space and location

We loved the house and property. We were able to relax and enjoy the views from the backyard. The walkout basement level was an added fun area with video games and pop a shot. There are many bedrooms but only 4.5 baths - master is only en-suite. The home could use a refresh on furniture especially in living room where the sofa cushions were well worn and uncomfortable. Beds were all comfortable! Kitchen has absolutely everything you might need. The location minutes to Antelope Canyon, Glen Canyon Dam and two Lake Powell marinas can’t be beat!

Breathtaking and Practical!

There is nothing like this place! The views, the amenities, the proximity to all of the sights and experiences—it just does not get better. As my highly particular boomer mother put, “I think I would actually want to come back here.” This is a first, y’all! The cold pool during the heat wave, the amazing spa, and all of the great beds were used by our large family group spanning 9 months old to 75 years old. The arcade games, air hockey, tvs, and toys helped the indoor hours pass, but nothing could beat just sitting out and taking in the views. The longest we drive to our planned excursions was about 15 minutes (save the other rim of the Grand Canyon). I loved the helicopter tour and landing on Tower Butte, the Lake Powell boat tour, and the amazing Secret Antelope slot canyon tour. There is so much to do, but you feel like you are on vacation sitting on the couch seeing the gorgeous views from all the house windows. Excellent communication with owners and house managers. They came to check on the house a few times too! The basement bedrooms get a lot colder and darker than the upstairs ones, and the beds are a little more comfy down there, so we put the littles and the early risers upstairs. The kitchen is fully stocked and we cooked a lot every day very easily. Loved using the grill! Loved the hikes right from the neighborhood trail. It was an unforgettable family vacation. Thank you!
