The pool is winterized (closed) each year from November to April(Dates may vary based on current weather conditions,PLEASE INQUIRE BEFORE BOOKING)..

Lots of room

The home was very nicely decorated with plenty of towels and a fully stocked kitchen. Great location and plenty of parking for multiple cars and a boat. Only complaint was that there was not any AC in the front two bedrooms. Other then that it was great!

Good base for Lake Powell and Page activities.

Good place for family to stay for Page/Lake Powell activities. Nice to have a private pool. Enough beds for all our party of 14. A/C works ok but could be upgraded. Good to have extra fans. Conveniently parked and loaded boat out front on street to prepare for day on lake. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Owner very responsive with good instructions. Would stay again—enjoyed our 3 nights.

Fun for Big Famies!

We had the most incredible vacation at this big, family-friendly house with a pool! The location was absolutely perfect, close to Waheep Marina, walking distance to restaurants, with a super Walmart close by. The house itself was beautifully decorated, clean, and had everything we needed. The pool was refreshing after a day at the marina beach. Beach towels were provided. The primary suite was massive and relaxing with easy access to upper deck lounging. The family room and kitchen had lots of room to play games. The house stayed impressively cool with additional fans in rooms to keep the cold air circulating. The owner was very friendly and quick to respond to questions. We would love to come back again! Comfortable Stay

The owner was easy to get a hold of and the property was perfect with AC and a pool that we didn’t think we would use but we did. The property was larger than the pictures online. Perfect for my family and my friend’s Family to stay and close to the wahweap marina to play on Lake Powell. It was so close to good restaurants that we walked. Love this comfortable home. We will definitely love to stay there again next year.

Great home! Central location… There is probably 15 restaurants in walking distance. Nice that there’s a pool- they have someone come and clean it so it stays nice and clean. Plenty of dishes, silverware, pans etc. Even supplies to make a birthday cake for my wife’s birthday.

Awesome house with the pool

The house was very spacious and clean, open kitchen and living room was very nice, the pool was a very big hit after a long hot day, it was nice to grab a drink and lounge out in the pool. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent… but

Property was excellent in most ways. But…Pricing adhered to that deceptive VRBO practice of posting a price and then adding a hefty cleaning charge after you picked the property. If the charge is mandatory, it should be listed in the initial price. Communication was by text only which meant when we ran into minor but aggravating problems, we had to wait hours for a response or just didn’t bother. Telephone communication would have been much more professional and helpful.

We loved the place overall. The slight issues were it was too warm upstairs. I would be afraid to rent in the summer time. The A C. U it was too small to cool down the upstairs down. The pool needed cleaning.

Grinding stone race

The house is so clean and well equipped with everything you would need to make your stay comfortable . The house is very roomy with 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths - very close to several food options within walking distance and literally 5 minute drive. We LOVED this house. Don’t let the outside fool you - it’s a lot roomier than it looks !!

Wonderful place!!

We decided to get a VBBO instead of staying in a hotel. And I am so glad that we did. We were able to make most of our own meals along with having plenty of space for all of us. It was too cold to use the pool, unfortunately. Would recommend this place to anyone!

rejuvenated getaway

Walking into the house, you can tell right away. It was a family home beautiful the cleanliness of it all I even went shopping to cook myself a single dinner my music Echo through the house. I had a blast, Watching horror movies with my friend what’s the best experience In the main suite, I would love to come again
