Gorgeous lake front apartment with extensive lawn. The owner, Ray, was the best host!! He helped us put on two lakeside luncheons with 15 guests in attendance both times. He took guests out in his boat and offered lake toys such as paddle boards etc.

Pacosa Springs getaway. Our unit was right on Pagosa Lake with views of lake And the mini pal borders kayakers and boaters as well as the geese and ducks that were swimming by. Very relaxing.

Our family of four stayed at this rental during spring break. It was a perfect getaway rental. The views are wonderful and the place gets lots of sun. The high ceilings help make the place feel bigger. It was very clean and the amenities were just right.

We had a wonderful timer at this cute little VRBO. The home was not only clean, but the owner thought of all the little details to make it a perfect getaway for us. We absolutely loved the view and proximity of the lake and even brought our kayaks. Ray, the owner, was a pleasant surprise. He was friendly, helpful and had many suggestions of places to go. We are very pleased with the condo and Ray's warm hosting. Our family of 4 stayed for one week. The lake view was wonderful. The place was very clean, cozy, Ray was a great host. Very easy and quick on cooking, questions, anything. He even helped to look for places for my friends nearby. He brought wine and beer on our arrival. Cannot be better. We will definitely stay here again

I booked the property pretty last minute, just two days before I was expected to arrive. Ray was very friendly and gave me a call to go over the check-in process which was very simple! I appreciated the run down he gave me of the area as I had never been there before. The property was clean, warm, and perfect as a base during my three days of skiing. Will definitely come back.

First, Ray was an amazing host. He always answered his cell phone and even helped us out with restaurant recommendations. The property was spotless and very comfortable for me, my husband and our two 13 year old sons. We went skiing and it was absolutely amazing and perfect and had everything we could have wanted in a vacation stay. Thank you so much Ray for letting us stay at your property. I hope we are able to make it back in the near future.

You will not be disappointed. This property feels rural but it's only a 10 minute drive to town. Being lakefront, the views are terrific and there are lots of windows to take in the views and the natural light. This is one of the cleanest vacation rentals I've ever been too, and the bed is extremely comfortable (and the sheets are 100% cotton). Ray is a gracious host and made himself available in case I needed anything (which I didn't). I highly recommend this vacation rental!

You know you will be in beautiful Pagosa Springs for your vacation, next decision, which vacation rental ? This property will meet all of your check marks! You want to have a clean, comfortable home (CHECK) then you would like to be in a safe, central location for your vacation experience (CHECK) You think, what a perk it would be to have a great view outside the windows, for when you are at the home (CHECK!) beautiful Pagosa Lake. Good communication with the host is a secure feeling when you are in an unfamiliar area (CHECK!!) Having all appliances, including washer and dryer, kitchen utensils, Direct TV, all available while here is a huge benefit---just bring your food, drinks and clothes (CHECK). Ray, the owner, takes great pride and I do believe this is an act of service for him. So, all of your rental boxes should be checked, rest assured that you will make the right decision by renting this apartment!

Great place to stay in the winter if you're going skiing nearby, like our group of four did. Beautiful view of the pond from the windows and a porch that's great for hot drinks on cold winter nights. You could see the Milky Way in the sky from the pier. Mind your step on the stairs up to the property, and be sure to call Ray in advance on the day you check-in, especially in the winter; the cold weather can cause issues with the electronic lock.
