The property is handy for the downtown area and The Springs Resort. The back deck has a lovely view of the valley.

Beautiful new apartment!

We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed being close to town, hiking trails, restaurants and shops. The apartment was very clean, new and having laundry available was nice. It was pretty warm while we were there so having A/C was a plus!

Wonderful

We had an amazing time in Pagosa Springs. This property is convenient to so many things... the springs, downtown, and restaurants. Also, easy drive to other towns/activities ie. Mesa Verde, Durango, Silverton, Creede and Lake City. We had an easy check-in and no hidden fees. Property was clean and beautifully decorated with all the amenities of home. Cant wait to stay again

Clean, Comfy and Perfect for the two of us

Just the right size for my husband and I. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the back deck and slept peacefully for 4 nights. The home is clean and bedding and linens were high quality.

Mini solo vaca

I booked this place last minute on a whim just to get away after a crazy hectic past few weeks at work, and it was everything I wanted! Walking distance to town/hot springs, easy to get to, spotless clean, a place to park, a comfy bed, a cozy gas fireplace that did an great job warming up the place at night, and a spacious balcony with beautiful views! Though it was a short weekend stay for me, I could not have asked for a better place. Highly recommend this if you’re a solo traveler or a couple!

What a wonderful place to spend a week. New, clean, and well appointed. The host are close by when needed and a wealth of info about the area. Very enjoyable stay. My morning routine was a quick drive over to Bruin Drive Thru Coffee for an iced latte and a lavender donut before taking a nice hike.

New Years ski getaway

My husband and I stayed at this property the first week of January. The location is great- easy to get to, close to town. The property was clean and nicely equipped. The owners were responsive and easy to work with.

Nicely put together and great location

This is one of the nicest VRBO's that I have stayed in. Great thought and care went into the details of this place. It is nicely decorated and has everything you could need. Gorgeous views from the deck and super close to downtown. I would stay again.

Quiet Pagosa Hideaway

We were very pleased overall with this property and its perfect location to downtown Pagosa Springs. It was immaculate, roomy enough for the two of us, and had everything we needed for our short stay. Our only complaint was the bedroom being a bit stuffy in the July heat, but that was an easy fix with a portable fan, so not really an issue at all. We would definitely stay there again should we revisit Pagosa!

Heart of Pagosa Springs

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, comfortable, and within walking distance of downtown Pagosa Springs. It snowed a fair amount during our visit, and the owners made sure the snow was removed from the driveway and our vehicle every day. They also provided information on an excellent location for cross country skiing. We had fun watching the wild turkey and deer that frequented the neighborhood. Will definitely stay here again!

Great view

This property has great access, great view from balcony of mountains and city. Quiet area. Saw deer grazing down the street and a hummingbird feeder at house across the street with lots of hummingbirds. Would be good to add gate at top of stairs for secure walk around. Fantastic location.

7/10 why? Kitchen very well appointed. No DW but for 2 people, no biggie. Bed comfortable. Blankets VERY nice! But…no headboard? Little gas heater - works great and it didn’t get above freezing during our stay.

Needs some work!

The studio is very clean, nicely located in town, has a very nice kitchen and is of an appropriate size for one or two people. There are some short comings that really need to be addressed by the owners and hence the 3-star overall rating. First, and most importantly, the stairs (15 steps) coming up into the apartment end a few feet from the entry to the sleeping area. As pointed out by previous reviewers, this is a hazard that needs to be addressed. One suggested a gate at the top of the stairs. A fall risk could be readily reduced by simply installing a door at the top of the stairs! Secondly, the furniture in the studio is very uncomfortable. The "couch" in the living area is uncomfortable as is the bed in the sleeping area. The bed is a 3-4 inch thick piece of foam rubber on top of a box springs. Thirdly, while a TV is provided to watch Netflix, it doesn't seem to provide access to national channels which would be nice to watch the news. The rental needs some work.
