A quiet Pagosa Springs cul-de-sac beside the National Forest, with walking paths nearby. Lakes, the San Juan River, hot springs, and historic downtown are a short drive away.

Guests may use the PLPOA private recreation center, including the pool, for an additional fee.

You'll have the whole home, enclosed porch, and fenced yard. Two locked owner closets and the sheds are off limits. Stays of 30 days or more.

Escape to a charming Pagosa home built for slowing down. Three bedrooms, two baths, and a roomy loft give everyone space to spread out.

Cozy up by the gas fireplace downstairs or the electric fireplace in the loft, which keep the home warm in winter. In summer, a portable A/C unit and ceiling fans keep things comfortable. Two Smart TVs with streaming apps and a Bluetooth speaker make movie and music nights easy. Starlink Wi-Fi is fast and reliable.

Sleeps 6: king bed (upstairs primary), full bed (upstairs guest room), queen bed (downstairs bedroom), and a full pull-out sofa in the loft. The upstairs bath has a tub; the downstairs bath is handy for guests below.

The full kitchen has a crockpot, 12-cup coffee maker, air fryer, plus basic spices and cooking oil. A full-size washer and dryer are on site.

Step outside to the hot tub, fenced yard, and enclosed porch, great for dogs. The covered front porch has a gas fire pit and comfortable seating, and there's a grill for cookouts. Mountain views from the loft make every morning a good one.

A car is recommended. Uptown is close, historic downtown is a 5-minute drive, and hiking, fishing, rafting, and Wolf Creek skiing are within driving distance.

Fast Starlink internet, great for remote work.

Comfort: The home is heated by its gas and electric fireplaces. Baseboard heaters are costly to run, so please use the fireplaces first. In summer, a portable A/C unit and ceiling fans help keep rooms cool (no central A/C).

Pets: up to 2 welcome, $40 pet fee. Please keep pets off furniture and beds, and clean up after them in the yard. Excess pet hair or mess may incur a cleaning charge.

Check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $15/hour; please message us to confirm. Please check out on time so we can prepare for the next guest.
