- Located in downtown Pagosa Springs this Two bedroom , One bathroom, cozy house right on the river, fishing and tubing right in the backyard, walking distance to all downtown restaurants, hot springs and shops. 30 minute drive to Wolf Creek ski resort. Beautiful in all seasons of the year. This town is famous for its Hot Springs, a must for sure. Close to hiking trails, with plenty of wildlife around the property to enjoy as well.
