Awesome location away from town! We enjoyed the hummingbirds (so many of them!) and the deer that came around every day, multiple times a day. The hot tub was perfectly clean and ran great as well. We used it two times a day during our stay. I was worried about the lack of air conditioning (we’re from Texas) but there are plenty of windows that we could open to get a great breeze.

2 years in a row, looking to make it 3!

This was our 2nd year to stay in the Treehouse for a week of skiing, and once again our stay was perfect! Everything about the house exceeded our needs. From kitchen to ping pong table, beds, and hot tub, our ski break was fantastic. Heck, I'll even give credit for the great snow to our hosts!You can't go wrong with the Treehouse.

Extremely comfy and beautiful surroundings!

The house is exactly how it looks in the pictures: everything is extremely comfy inside the beautifully rustic home. The hot tub is a highlight of the house as there is nothing better than to use it after a long day of skiing/hiking. Would definitely recommend to anybody looking for a nice getaway with family or friends!

Fall in Pagosa at the Tree House

The Tree House is a great house for all ages! There is plenty of room to enjoy each other, and plenty of room to take a break too!! Beautiful views from the porch and fun times at the fire pit!!

Family vacation

We absolutely love this place. It is our second time staying in this lovely home in the mountains. It’s so peaceful and quiet. Love drinking coffee in the morning and seeing the deer walking up the hill near the fence. Would absolutely recommend it to everyone.

Family trip

We stayed in the tree house over 10 years ago and with our kids and had the best time. This year we got to take our kids and they had their own families . It was so Much fun getting to Share time and the experience with them and our grandkids. Would recommend 10/10

Great Family House

We had a great stay at the tree house. Our boys enjoyed sledding down the drive way while we were at the house between activities. The hot tub was very nice and very hot! The beds were comfortable and clean and we all stayed warm through the night.

Relaxing family time

The cabin was beautiful. There was plenty of room and sleeping areas for my family! Fun activities like a ping pong table, hot tub, piano, and sitting around the fire. The kitchen had everything we needed. The patio is huge! Beautiful views. I did not want to leave!

Friends annual trip

The house is beautiful and clean. We had a great time. The hot tub was great and large enough for 6 adults. We appreciated the abundance of towels available!! The views are amazing! There are quite a few steps to navigate, the kitchen and main bedroom are up stairs. When we booked it was difficult to determine what bedrooms were attached to which bathrooms. The two bedrooms downstairs have a jack and Jill Bathroom between them. We would book this beautiful house again. Thank you.

Pagosa stay

The house is very nice - perfect for a family. The location is very scenic - no traffic or light at night. Deer were grazing near the house every day. The only complaint we have is the heating system. It’s some kind of ambient heat blowing out. When it’s 85 degrees outside you don’t want it to be hotter than that inside.

Restful treehouse

Nice treehouse tucked away from bustle of normal life. Peaceful, restful. Nice space for entire family. Wildlife every morning and evening. Friendly neighborhood cat. Well stocked house. Nice porch for family breakfasts. Wi-fi not greatest. Overall relaxing getaway.

Better than advertised!

Everything about our stay was exceptional. The Tree House was way better than its description, and exceeded our expectations. We couldn't have asked for a more well appointed house or a more comfortable stay. We came to ski, and Wolf Creek did not disappoint. Best of all, we didn't have to deal with traffic in town to return to the house, and there was a hot tub upon return! Solid communications with the host before, during, and after our stay. Nobody in our group had any complaint. We are all ready to reserve again for next year!

Quiet and Beautiful

We stayed at this Tree House for Thanksgiving with our family and extended family (12 people). We had a spectacular time! Whether ot was just lounging around with the family or going out to the local shops and hot springs, it was a great time. The space is clean, and it has great views. Definitely would stay here again. One thing to note is that the Internet isnt the fastest and stopped working at all because it was snowing and I imagine they use wireless internet. (I'm told by locals internet is still somewhat of an issue in Pagosa Springs). All in all we had fun!

Nice large house, great location

The location of the home is nice, tucked away in trees. Although you can hear and see in the windows neighbors in the lot next door when driving in. Nice decks and plenty of seating. It was quite warm during our stay with temps at 95 degrees, no A/C in the home was a bit tough. House needs some more fans. We did experience some issues during our stay with the refrigerator was not cooling (which property mgt was aware of from prior), the downstairs bathroom light and exhaust fan were not working, the shower tile was very dirty as well as the base of the toilet, the drain stopper in the sink was missing, the drain stopper for the jacuzzi tub was missing, there were a couple of nails poking through from the tack strip in the carpet (careful if barefoot). I texted management and the housekeeper come back to clean the few items (as there was not any cleaner available for us to use) and they ordered a brand new refrigerator. It was delivered on the 3rd day of our stay which we appreciated. There was also a county fire ban during our stay which we were not aware of and the neighbor came up to our deck at 9pm night to make us aware (for the firepit and I believe the charcoal BBQ). It was a bit surprising when that neighbor approached when we were out on the deck at night. Would have been helpful to know that info ahead of our arrival. Something to keep in mind for dry, summer visits. Plenty of beds in the home, large kitchen table good size kitchen. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Our Tree House Stay & The Refrigerator Issue

The house was a lot of fun & definitely had the "Tree House" vibe :-) The wrap around deck was wonderful & had beautiful views. The hot tub was nice & the space around the house was great. The inside worked great for our group of 10; our favorite spot was the spacious kitchen & dining area; playing ping pong was great. Now for the refrigerator...upon arrival we noticed the refrigerator side was not very cold (freezer was fine). We put our food in; all dials were already turned to max coldness as though others also had the issue. We checked the temp in the morning; it was barely cool! Contacted the property mgr & were told "sometimes it takes awhile for the refrigerator to cool back down after food is put in"...I have never had this issue with any other refrigerator! By late morning we knew we needed to take action or our perishables would spoil. We bought about $25 in ice (to keep food cold in our coolers) & $55 dry ice (to try and keep the less perishable food cold in the refrigerator). In spite of these measures, we still had some spoiled food! I updated the property mgr. about the situation & that it needed to be fixed ASAP so the next guests wouldn't go thru the same thing. The only response I received was: there's a call in to the repair shop. No effort was made to assist us with keeping our items cold or to provide any type of refund. We checked out at 10am on Sun & the next guests arrived at 4pm the same day...the refrigerator was not yet fixed.
