Bike or stroll on the nature trail and hike Reservoir Hill. The covered river deck is inviting for entertaining, watching wildlife, barbecuing and relaxing.

Everything is as advertised. Great location for restaurants, hot springs, shopping. My wife walked to downtown one day while we went to Wolf Creek. We would stay again.

We loved the homes proximity to downtown Pagosa Springs, the lovely sound of the river flowing right behind us & the river walk trail. The home had all of the amenities we needed to be comfortable & cook dinners when we wanted to stay in. Having the garage access was a nice bonus for the snow night. The drive to Wolf Creek Ski was an easy 30 min drive from the townhome. Thanks again!
