*** New fenced in yard as of July 2025 *** Newly listed! Beautiful house, completely remodeled, in downtown Pagosa Springs! Walking distance or a short drive to the famous hot springs and San Juan River. The home comes with everything you will need for a perfect mountain vacation! With 3 bedrooms the house sleeps up to 8 people. All beds have brand new mattresses. Downstairs bedroom has a Queen bed with a closet and en-suite bathroom that has a walk-in shower, smart TV. Upstairs bedroom has a queen bed with walk-in closet and desk/work area, smart TV. Upstairs master bedroom has a king bed with a memory foam mattress, sitting area, TV, and walk-in closet. There are 2 bathrooms. Each bathroom has dispensers with all natural Shikai shampoo and body wash as well as a hair dryer. Downstairs bathroom has a walk-in shower, upstairs has a shower/tub combo. The living room has two chairs and a sofa with pull out memory foam mattress, Smart TV with Netflix, etc. DVD player. The coat closet has umbrellas, reusable shopping bags and misc. cards and board games for all ages. The dining room sits 6 and there are two bar stools at the kitchen island. There is a bench in the entry way with coat rack, boot tray, and a boot and glove dryer. Recently remodeled kitchen with granite counters and island that seats two. New stainless-steel appliances: dishwasher, microwave, gas range and stove, refrigerator. Guests have use of a blender, Crock-pot, toaster, pots and pans, baking sheets, casserole dishes. electric kettle, French press, coffee grinder, standard coffee maker, spices and cooking oils. The utility room has access to a washer and dryer. Outside there is a locked storage area to keep all your gear plus a 4-burner gas grill with side burner and grill tools. There is also a fire pit with log seating & chairs.

Close to the Springs

It’s close to the Springs resort which is why we came to Pagosa. Located close to town too. Host was quick to message me back and made sure we were comfortable.

Nice house in a beautiful town

My wife and I stayed with 3 kids aged 16, 12, and 3. The house is well set up and we had a great stay. The toy closet was an awesome bonus as our 3 year old took advantage!

Quick trip

Nice Pagosa getaway and ski trip

This was the perfect place for our little family group. It was comfortable for everyone and had plenty of space. We loved how close it was to everything, and the hosts were very welcoming.

Terrific house in Pagosa Springs

Great place to stay for skiing at Wolf Creek and visiting Pagosa Springs. Quiet neighborhood near town and close to San Juan river for fishing.

Great location and wonderful accommodations

We spent a weekend here to ski at Wolf Creek. What a great spot! Very comfortable, clean, great well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, and very convenient to everything! And very responsive owner! We will definitely be back!

Perfect location & stay for our group!!

Our stay was really enjoyable. It was in the perfect location not only to town but also to Wolk Creek. My sister-in-law and I had no problems walking into town while the boys went to the mountain. The rooms were spacious and it was always warm inside. It has everything you need and really nice views! Would definitely stay again!

Nice Spring Break location

We enjoyed our stay. Listing was accurate. Was clean and comfortable. Our only issues were not with the rental but the neighbors are close and were a little loud. Nice neighborhood to walk the dog around, parks and open space. Short drive to Main Street and all the restaurants.

Clean comfortable spacious unit!

We stayed for a few days in PS to check out the area. The location of the unit was great, with easy access to downtown and to the highway to get to "uptown". The kitchen was very well stocked with supplies and even condiments. The bed was very comfortable and it was great having two bathrooms. Awesome stay! Thanks!

Family Road Trip

Wedding cake happiness

The house was well equipped. I had to make a wedding cake and had everything I needed except a large bowl. The house was clean and well equipped in every room. Loved the signed rocks on the counter. I would stay here again.

Love this house!

The attention to detail in this home is great. All the amenities you can think of. Very nicely decorated. We never could get the living area tv to work but we didn’t try very hard and we didn’t call anyone. Just went and built a fire in the pit instead. Will definitely stay here again!

Great house!

Our week stay here was absolutely perfect! House had everything we needed. Great location for going into town and park right right down the road. Natural Grocers is super convenient for last minute items. Highly recommend Mountain Breeze Pizza and Riff Raff Brewing (both locations). Amazing views at Treasure Falls trail, Piedra River Valley and Lobo Overlook! We are already looking at next years calendar so we can book again.

Girls weekend Pagosa

Lovely home , not exactly Walking distance to hot springs. I did not appreciate the listing of a rate for a stay, then the addition of basic property rental expenses, cleaning, and’service’ fees should be quoted out front. This feels dishonest.
