San Juan Grand Retreat!
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was quiet and spacious. There are essentially two separate living spaces which worked out great for 8-10 of us. The home is about 15 min NW of Pagosa Springs but we didn’t mind the drive. There was a lot wildlife to see - mostly deer. The forest trail ...

New Hot Tub! Close to Fishing, ATV, Hiking, Rafting, Rivers!
The pictures of the cabin do not do it justice!!! Great place and a very nice host. The only problem with the cabin I would say was the cell signal and the WiFi did not work the whole trip. But other than that it was a great place to stay! More than enough room and space for our group of 5.

The Springs Resort & Spa
