"Waiting for breakfast, they made us coffee. Waiting to take the bus to the train station., we didn't have a cash, and they don't take credit cards on the bus. Show the staff went to the mini mart store and bought us four tickets and did not charge us. Above and beyond. Easy check in, great breakfast"

"Absolutely fabulous way to enjoy Lake Garda. All the scenery but away from the mass crowds. Beautiful location in a small village square overlooking the lake. Rooms are spacious - we stayed in a vintage room- bed very comfortable and effective air conditioning. High quality towels and bedding. Swimming pool and hot tub area was modern and immaculate- staff very happy to bring drinks and snacks to sun loungers (umbrellas provided). We ate in the restaurant both nights and food was very high...

"room was clean and had comfortable bed and plenty of good towels, air conditioning could not be manually controlled so a little warm in the room at times. staff were always very helpful and many smiling faces. breakfast had enough variety but why no fresh juice? (coffee machine made up for it). its a shame you have to pay extra for cold drinking water during the day, but respect it is a scarce resource in the summer good location half way between old and new town with little jetty to swim from"

"We had a wonderful stay! The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming — always smiling and ready to help. A special thank you to Gianni, the nicest and most attentive waitress I’ve ever met. The spa was absolutely incredible, truly one of the best we’ve experienced. The only suggestion I have is to extend the spa hours a bit, since many guests spend the day exploring beautiful Lake Garda and return in the evening. Opening earlier and closing a bit later would make the experience even more...

"Highly recommend - this was our favorite hotel we’ve ever been to, and the perfect end to our honeymoon. The villa is in the Italian countryside surrounded by their property vineyards and vegetable gardens. The staff are all wonderful, and the restaurants are both phenomenal - they serve a mix of local dishes and non-local, with lots of wine options including wines from the property which are all amazing.
