"The owner was very responsive and kind Best view being ocean front very comfortable lani to enjoy eating and reading along with whales watching We cook a lot when we travel I was able to do most of my meals with ease. Unit is noisy in bedroom from the street noise and garbage trucks but we have stayed in 3 other units and they too had the noise. Nice TVs location is great very comfortable unit"

"The property was just fantastic! We enjoyed the comfortable bed, kitchen and view! The condo was situated perfectly to have morning coffee on the balcony and gaze at the ocean. Saw several whales which was a bonus! The condos are located right by the beach. The pool was so beautiful along with the surrounding area. The mia tias are a must if hanging out in the pool. Thomas is a wonderful host and answered all of our questions and made the stay so effortless. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves."

"Cloy's spot is perfectly situated at the center of Kihei, well within walking distance to restaurants, bars, beaches, and more. The room is minimal but perfect for a couple who is going to spend most of their time enjoying the island (as you should!). The AC was a huge bonus that helped us sleep comfortably in the evenings. Parking was plentiful and secure at night. Overall, we would love to stay at Cloy's place every time we come to Maui!"

"Great location. Great view. Nice condo. The only complaint was the pull out sofa. It kept sinking in the middle. It was not comfortable at all. We even brought a camping mattress, but had to put towels and blankets under it to make it flat. Otherwise great stay. The king size bed in the room was very comfortable."

"This unit had everything we needed and was in a perfect location. Having a key pad to enter made it much easier, also. We love Kam Sands and the beach across the street and will definitely be back!"

"The condo was easy to enter and the keyless system is great because you don’t need to remember a key. It was spotless and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. The location is lovely and it was terrific be able to walk right out of the unit to go to the wonderful pool, hot tub, or ocean. Everything was steps away! "The location and accommodation was perfect for our trip. We stayed before and after our trip to Hana. We were able to get to all the areas of the Island that were on our must do list. We had everything we needed and were thankful for how well stocked the property was. The only challenge we had was with the coffee maker, the incorrect carafe was provide. The coffee pot had to be held in order to get the coffee to flow and not overflow out of the basket. I would recommend getting that replaced!...

"The only thing I did not care for were the added on fees. It was $25 per day for use of the coffeemaker and other such things plus $10.05 per day for parking. The other add ons were taxes which amounted to about $50 per day. All of this should be included in the advertised price."
