OUTRIGGER Kaanapali Beach Resort

"After turning in our wrist keys at final check out, I went to the parking garage to bring the car around to pick up our bags. At the exit gate I had to use my visa to open the gate after a $183.00 charge. Returned to the lobby and Michele confirmed I had paid for parking twice. Our final billing close out had included parking fees. It's been 2 days and have not gotten confirmation of a refund of our double payment. Looks like I'll have to call them. The pool needs maintenance. Pool sides and bottom are dull and look dirty in places. Was not sparkling blue/clean looking. We avoided the pool. We realized this after seeing the bright/clean looking pools and landscaping at the resorts to the north. That's tough competition!! Our toilet had a constant low flow of water in the bowl. The cold water faucet on one sink did not work. The temperature control in the shower was extremely hard to adjust from very hot. These are small things easily fixed. Over all we loved the room and sea view and had a great relaxing stay. Thanks to all the hard working / friendly people who made this possible."

"First, the check-in staff were quick, the room was clean and very nice. The hotel is airport close which was the main reason for pick. Everything else was a plus. I will stay there again when in town."

"I have stayed 6 nights and I had a wonderful experience at this wonderful beach resort. The location, the amazing reception, the food quality, the friendly atmosphere, the facilities and the smile of the personnel was great. I felt I was at home. The room, including the bed, the balcony, the swimming pool, the amazing service and the attitudes of the hotel at the reception was so nice. Thanks a lot"

"We had such a great stay. The grounds are gorgeous, and access to beach right there. Our room was fantastic. I can't say enough about the staff, super helpful and really friendly. We had one small issue with the AC unit and they fixed it immediately. We plan to be back someday hopefully soon and will stay here again for sure."
