This charming house overlooks the sea and enjoys panoramic views of Paimpol Bay and the Breha Archipelago. Ideally placed in an exceptional site, the house overlooks the sea and benefits (from the outside as from the inside) from a breathtaking panoramic view over the bay of Paimpol.
You will recharge your batteries thanks to this permanent spectacle and the tranquility of the site.
A family house in a unique location surrounded by fields and woods belonging to the house, with the GR34 next to the house which will take you to the beach or to Beauport Abbey. With an area of 300 m², it can accommodate up to 8 people, ideal for 2 families or a group of friends.
In the 3 hectare garden, the terrace is equipped with a garden furniture and a barbecue to spend convivial moments around a good meal. You can also lounge on the sun loungers available. Inside, the house combines the charm of the old with modern comfort with:

- 1 living room with fireplace and flat screen TV

Vue époustouflante !!
L'arrivée par cette grande allée sauvage nous met les poils au fure et à mesure que nous avancons, on est impatients, on s'enfonce dans cette végétation multicentenaire, on commence à entrapercevoir la mer au loin entre les branches des arbres, l'adrénaline est là, avec les enfants on est comme des fous dans la voiture !! Et enfin la lumière au bout de ce passage ombragé, et l'apparition spectaculaire de cette magnifique demeure en granite du 17e surplombant la mer !!! 180 degrés dun panorama qui nous coupe le souffle !!! Voilà le plus fort souvenir de nos vacances en famille et avec nos amis !!! C'était un séjour idéal, une semaine inoubliable !! On reviendra c'est sûr !!

La grande illusion…
Oui, le cadre est enchanteur. Oui, la vue sur mer est belle. Mais la prestation n’est absolument pas à la hauteur, inacceptable dans cette gamme de prix. Un grand merci à la personne qui nous a accueillis, et qui se démène pour rendre la maison aussi accueillante que possible. Mais la tâche est de grande ampleur ! Odeur de renfermé, moisissures, toiles d’araignée, poussière, électricité très dangereuse, pas aux normes du tout (prises arrachées, fils qui pendent et à nu, triplette sur le lavabo pour faire fonctionner le chauffage…), fenêtres impossibles à ouvrir, pas de volets (rideaux non occultants), parquet très glissant, condensation sur les fenêtres le matin… Lave vaisselle ridiculement petit et peu performant. Nous avons du relaver toute la vaisselle avant utilisation. Pas de lampes de chevet dans l’une des chambres. Etc, etc… Quel dommage de ne pas entretenir une si belle bâtisse, qui mériterait une rénovation digne de ce nom, et un ménage XXXL ! A fuir avec de jeunes enfants et/ou en cas d’allergies. A fuir tout court, à ce tarif en tous cas. On ne peut pas tout miser sur la vue et le cachet, extérieur, de la maison.

Fantastique vue, superbe salon/salle à manger
Grande maison isolée, seule face à la mer, très claire. Pièce à vivre de plus de 60 m2, avec 6 grandes fenêtres orientées nord et sud, très grande cheminée (non utilisable). Cuisine avec beaucoup d'ustensiles, seul bémol la taille du lave-vaisselle. 4 très belles chambres. Paimpol est à 45 min à pied sur le GR 34. Nous reviendrons avec très grand plaisir !

Traumhafte Lage, sehr charmante Ambiente. Der Blick übers Wasser ist atemberaubend, bei jedem Wetter und jeder Tageszeit zu genießen. Das Haus ist urig, alt, sehr ursprünglich und charmant. Dennoch hellhörig, was für uns nicht störend war. Sehr schöne abgelegene Lage.

Magnifique environnement, mais maison mal entretenue
Nous avons passé deux semaines inoubliables. Les environs sont très beaux. Cependant, la maison n'est pas bien entretenue et semble un peu vétuste : le papier peint de la chambre à coucher est décollé, la peinture se détache dans la cuisine, les prises de courant ne sont pas fixées au mur. A l'arrivée, vous recevez seulement 2 serviettes de bain par personne pour 2 semaines. Vous n'avez pas d'équipement de nettoyage. La maison n'était pas correctement nettoyée. Nous devions acheter nos propres produits de nettoyage pour que tout soit propre. Pendant une période de deux semaines, vous voulez nettoyer la maison de temps en temps. Les tablettes pour la vaisselle et le lave-linge sont limitées au minimum, nous avons donc également dû les acheter nous-mêmes. Le fer est plein de calcaire et n'est plus utilisable. Cuisine bien équipée, lave-linge et lave-vaisselle soignés.
