"The rooms were immaculate and even had a a book in there explaining the history behind the building which was really interesting. The food was amazing and the portion sizes were great all for good pricing. The area is very quiet but there’s plenty of places to go that’s within walking distance or 5-10 minutes in the car but it truly is set out as the Victorian/Tudor era. The staff were so attentive and friendly. Overall amazing stay and would definitely come again!"

"We were in room 9 so when other guests going in and out of side entrance, door noisy would help if door has a silencer on it as room 9 right next to the exit. Good parking for motorbikes. Breakfast great."

We had a delicious meal in the restaurant one evening. Staff were all brilliant and extremely helpful. The swimming pool and hot tub were really nice, especially after a long hike.
