"Bathrooms were not clean, left over items from previous guests. There was no hair dryer and the promised cable tv was not hooked up. Breakfast was a joke. Completely empty at 8am, no coffee and no chance of refills"

"We checked in at 8pm after a day in the heat. Our room was 90 degrees even though the staff said their notes said the air conditioner was on. The staff also mentioned that the room should cool off in an hour. We couldn't sleep in the temperature of the room. We had an awful night.
