"We stayed here as an over night stop to break up a very long drive. It was nice. It felt modern and spacious. With easy parking readily accessible from the motorway. A handy supermarket and shops nearby. Breakfast was nice with local products. The only downside we found was the rooms were more style over substance and although they looked amazing they lacked suitable soundproofing from the surrounding rooms and we could hear toilets being flushed amongst other things. We stayed in a family room that was well laid out. Would stay again for the right price."

"Pertfect stay ( as usual ), our favourite stop over en route to the south and returning north. I must congratulate you on the 'shower' units you have in the bathrooms, the best. An electronic on/off button, easy to use and the shampoo/soap dispensers have their titles in LARGE printing, eaat to read !!"

"We had a lovely stay, rooms are decent size, clean. Location is excellent easy to park and wander around the beautiful city of Reims. The communal areas could do with a bit of an uplift but we would recommend and stay again."

"Amazing stay, excellent staff and overall the property was very clean. Secure parking and very nice pool. Breakfast was good. We forgot an item in the room and were contacted by the receptionist Tina which I thought was even customer service. Will definitely come again."

"Exceptional Stay – Impeccable Cleanliness, Spa, and Thoughtful Touches We recently booked two rooms for a two-night stay, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a glass of champagne, which was a wonderfully thoughtful touch that set the tone for the entire trip. The hotel itself is lovely and exceptionally clean throughout. Our rooms were well-appointed and stocked with ample amenities, making our stay incredibly comfortable. We also took full advantage of the spa—it was wonderfully relaxing and maintained to the same high standards of cleanliness seen across the property. Topped off with a great location that made exploring effortless, we couldn't have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended!"

"Nice hotel in the middle and lovely part of Reims with a reasonable underground car park outside the front door. Reasonably priced. Nice room. Would be happy to go back. The person on the front desk was particularly unhelpful. We arrived at 12pm, before check in time 3pm having travelled overnight to get there. Our experience in the UK is that if you arrive early hotels accept you asking if you can get in, and they will typically check the room is available, if there isn’t they will let you know and you accept you need to wait. This person didn’t check, just said we can’t check in. We went back at two just to check again, and again the person didn’t check and just said no. Literally could not have cared less. Just poor, computer says no, customer service."
