The room was not as clean as it could have been, and the deluxe room we selected was not what we were given. Pretty certain we were provided the standard room as the appliances nor space matched what is displayed in the photos. Our water was brown and could not shower for the first day and had this fixed later the next day. We weren’t happy with our room and asked to swap, which was immediately denied as there were ‘no other rooms of the same’. As a guest, this is not an us issue and should have been upgraded if the equivalent was not available. Cleaning wasn’t great and counters were not wiped despite clear crumbs and mess on the top. The reception staff were nice upon entry, and it’s located in a convenient location but in terms of assistance when things weren’t up to scratch definitely lacked.

One of the nicest spots on the island!

For me, this is a great location: a few minutes walk to the beach, and there is a nice supermarket (SPAR) almost on the property, and a couple more 5 and 10 minutes away walking distance (a bigger SPAR and a Hipodino). There are a lot of little shops that sell everything, a pharmacy, and plenty of restaurants. Although there will always be a few noisy people here and there no matter where you go, I've been to Bahia Calma Beach three times now, and I've never had a problem with noise, and in general it's very peaceful. And the staff is always very friendly and helpful!

We stayed there 5 nights in November. The room itself was clean and spacious and good value for money, however there are multiple bars in the area that make music until 11pm and people staying in the street talking loud and shouting, we couldn't sleep until 4am on our first day as we left the window open (no Aircon), it got better on the last 2 nights. We kindly got offered to change rooms when we complained on the 2nd day but there was no room available in a "quiet area" (where the noise from the bars wouldn't reach). The hotel is close to a very nice beach. Restaurant options in the area were quite limited, especially in November.

The staff are very helpful and friendly, always smiling 😊 The room was good, with a small sea view from the balcony. I noticed a few small ants in the kitchen cupboards, but it didn’t affect my stay too much. Overall, everything was fine and quite average. The network coverage in the room could be improved.

I loved the place! Very close to the beach and to all kind of stores and restaurants. The standard studios usually don’t have a view towards the sea, but I was lucky enough to get one with some view. It was sunny, clean and very well structured, with everything that one needs to prepare food when necessary. The staff was very kind and helpful, I appreciated a lot!

Soggiorno nel complesso positivo per la nostra famiglia di 4 persone. La camera è comoda e la posizione è davvero ottima: la spiaggia è vicinissima e nei dintorni si trova tutto il necessario tra bar, ristoranti e supermercati. La zona è molto tranquilla, ideale per chi cerca un contesto di puro relax e riposo. La pulizia della camera è stata sempre puntuale negli orari, anche se non sempre impeccabile. Ci sono tuttavia alcuni aspetti da segnalare per migliorare l'esperienza: il divano letto è risultato molto scomodo per degli adulti e al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato le lenzuola macchiate, cosa che abbiamo comunque fatto presente nelle note di check-in. Inoltre, la zona giorno non è particolarmente comoda per pranzare in quattro. Un'esperienza comunque valida e piacevole nel suo insieme.

Posto incantevole davanti a una spiaggia di sabbia dorata e un mare magnifico. Hotel immerso in un giardino bellissimo con piante grasse ,fiori e palme. Abbiamo scelto stanza con 2 camere da letto: bellissima, grande terrazza con ombrellone e lettini oltre tavolo per colazione, soggiorno ampio e cucina attrezzata bene. Letto comodissimo. Personale gentile, facile il parcheggio.

Wir hatten einen Einbrecher nachts in unserem Apartment auf dem Erdgeschoss. Die Türen wurden verschlossen aber jemand vom Personal ha sie aufgemacht. Nachts wurde dann eingebrochen während wir schliefen!! Bei allen Nachbarn war dasselbe Phänomen mit der offenen Türe! Hoteldirektion hat sich trotz mehrmaliger Aufforderung bei uns kein einziges Mal gemeldet. Traurig wenn die Gäste um ein Gespräch bitten weil sie in der Nacht ausgeraubt wurden und es niemanden im Hotel interessiert. Ich kann die Unterkunft nicht empfehlen.

Accommodatie met gebrekkige service en ontbrekende basisvoorzieningen. De omgeving was verlaten – zonder auto kun je niks doen. Enkele winkels, geen ontbijt, geen sfeer. ’s Nachts werd onze kamerdeur geopend door een onbekende. Er werden geen veiligheidsmaatregelen genomen en was er geen beveiliging aanwezig op locatie. Ook was de badkamer verstopt en ook dit werd niet opgelost. Absoluut geen aanrader.

Die Anlage ist gross und alles wird sehr gut unterhalten, es ist sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Wir haben jederzeit einen Parkplatz gehabt und konnten die nähere Umgebung gut zu Fuss erkunden (Meer, Restaurants, etc.). Das Studio hat uns sehr gefallen und wir würden wiederkommen, auch wenn der Ort eher klein und die Möglichkeiten begrenzt sind... für mehr Auswahl (oder um zu Kitesurfen) ist ein Mietauto zwingend notwendig.
