The vacation home was newly renovated and lovingly furnished by the end of 2024.


The layout of the house makes it perfect for a small family.

On the upper floor, you’ll find the fully equipped kitchen with an integrated dining area—complete with a sea view—that invites you to enjoy cozy meals. There’s also a light-filled living room with access to the balcony, offering a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean. So enjoy unforgettable sunrises and sunsets from the upper floor!

On the first floor is the master bedroom with access to the cozy terrace. There’s also another bedroom with a single bed.

Both floors each have a bathroom, both equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink.

It’s a leisurely 5-minute walk to the center of Morro Jable. There you’ll find supermarkets, have the chance to do a little shopping, or simply treat yourself at the numerous restaurants and bars.

Another major advantage of the house is our solar power system. The entire house is powered by solar energy, so we’re also doing our part for the environment.

A Smart TV is currently installed. You’re welcome to log in to Netflix and Disney+ using your own login credentials.
