This Villa is located only a few walking minutes away from the white sandy beach in a well maintained complex. In the livingroom of about 50 m2 you will find a stereo installation, tv-set, kitchen and a generous eating corner. On the from the outside invisible Patio you find a private pool, teakwood chairs an table, sunchairs and a sunscreen. Through the Patio you reach the sleeping part of the Villa with 2 bedrooms (2 singel beds and 1 double bed) and a bathroom. The generous bathroom with daylight contains a shower, toilet and bidet. Through the Patio you reach as well the big sunningterass with fantastic seaview on the bay of Costa Calma. A good place for having a nice diner and to start or end the day in a comfortable way.

A lovely place to spend a holiday
The villa was really good the patio had a lovely view we spent a lot of time up there in the sun. It also has a really nice area by the pool where you can relax in private. Overall very good the only complaint was that we had an infestation of moscitoes in the bedroom (which was very hot at night until we were supplied with a fan) and for the first couple of days we were bitten very badly we had to buy a plug in vapour killer which did get rid of them.

Die Betreuung und die Lage der Fewo mit dem Blick auf das Meer, sowie die Ruhe in der Anlage und der Parkplatz direkt vor Ort war einmalig. Die Ausstattung in der Fewo ist alles super. Der einzige Haken was uns nicht gefallen hat, dass das schöne große Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoß für die priv. Nutzung des Eigentümers verschlossen ist. dies fällt bei der Buchung so gar nicht auf. Schade, dies hätte der Eigentümer mit Sicherheit auch anderst lösen können. Ich werde die Fewo Gabi für die 10,-€ Unterschied nicht mehr buchen.

Super Platz
Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohlgefühlt, die Lage ist perfekt. Die Fotos entsprechen genau dem was wir es dann auch vorgefunden haben. Auch wenn man von mehreren Wohneinheiten umgeben ist war es extrem ruhig. Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür. In nächster Umgebung der Strand, Restaurants und Supermarkt. Wir waren dort zum Windsurfen, das Zentrum von Egli ist nebenan. Wir können die Adresse nur weiterempfehlen.

Wunderschöne Ferien
Die Anlage ist sehr schön und fußläufig zum Strand gelegen. Unser Haus war top ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht, jede Kleinigkeit ist durchdacht: vom Topflöffel bis zum Pool und Moskitonetz. Sehr sauber. Eine sehr schöne und funktionale Küche, TV mit deutschen Programmen. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt. Der Pool und die Terrassen ist einfach der Hammer. Auch die “Rezeption “ ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Bett für mich persönlich war bisschen zu hart und die Mücken genervt. Zum Strand läuft man 6-7 Minuten. Im Ort Costa Calma ( laufen 20 Minuten, fahren 3) gibt’s Supermarkt , Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Sehr zufrieden und kommen wieder!!!!
