Large 100 sqm apartment with large terrace, renovated and finely decorated, very bright and spacious.
Consisting of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 of which with private bathroom. Wifi connection.
It can be rented from a room.
The apartment is located in a very quiet urbanization with easy parking.
A few pasión from the main services and about 10 minutes walk from the beach.
The wonderful Playa de Sotavento is only 6 minutes away by car.

Beautiful apartment
I know the area as I have stayed here many times. This apartment is in a great location and is decorated to a high standard. As a builder it’s refreshing to see such a well maintained rental. Usually they are tired or have many broken items. This property is in perfect condition.
