"The place is in the middle of nowhere at the end of unpaved road in an extremely bad shape. A bellboy took me to the room without carrying my bag. Based on the hotel description, the room should have a soaking bathtub but mine didn't have it. When I asked the receptionist, the description by hotels.com (now owned by expedia) is wrong. Next day I had to go boat dock about 8 km away and had to pay US$60. Their justification was that unpaved road is in very bad shape."

"Perfect resort in a stunning location, wonderful staff, and the food is amazing."

"Excellent resort. Lovely helpful staff, beautiful setting, can’t fault anything"

"Very nice environment and good hospitality "

"A short ride into town with hotel shuttle, and the grounds were beautifully lush and tropical. Beautiful large swimming pool."

"The hotel should be rated 2 star or less. They used low grade materials to build this hotel. The hotel is so horrible. I had to wait for a long time for hot water to come in. The whole place was rushed to finish and you can use the unfinished job left behind. People were smoking in the lobby! I was so happy to leave the place. 2 night was too long!! "

"Great views, lovely staff, shuttle bus into town and back. Would stay again"

"Nice resort! A little further out from the city than ideal."

"Everything in this venue was superb!!! And most importantly the staff, friendly and supportive, definitely I’ll be a repeater for a future return to Luang Prabang! "

"Great room and great staff. Would stay there again!! "

"I love the pool there the room have a lot of mosquito, but still clean breakfast OK"

"Fantastic hotel Nice room - great pool , decent breakfast and extremely nice staff Location very good - turn left when out hotel and about 15 yards is cheapest supermarket/ well stocked we found. Turn right and plethora of cheap restaurants- about 20 minute walk to night market - but straight road and flat so easily doable - also a free shuttle from hotel at certain times plus cheap for tuk tuk- thoroughly enjoyed Luang Prabang , and would thoroughly recommend this hotel for a stay"

"Natural environment with great staff very friendly and helpful. Always smiling. Good stay if you love the nature. The Zipline adventure is superb. Alot to do if you are a nature lover. The vast flower garden is amazing. well taken care of and great place to relax, have a picnic (I am sure the staff is able to arrange this!). Great campfire in winter months."

"Clean room, staff very helpful, breakfast was very good especially the coffee and centrally located."
