Residences in Pakistan

The hotel was clean breakfast was good but the main thing was the helpfulness and attention given by the hotel staff. They were amazing. Front desk staff was always available to answer questions and help with anything needed. The front door man was always attentive and ready to help out with my bags! I really get appreciated by all as a guest. Thank you!

Beautiful artitechture

The room was very large, very clean, responsive staff to all requests, and plenty of services in and around the property. Excellent value for the price

Amazing, fantastic, over the top brilliant stay at this place for the wife and I. I don't even know where to start, from the warm, professional welcome at check-in, to the smiling, respectful security throughout. The caring, personable service by each member of the hotel, from house-keeping, to room-service. Kashaf, you're a star and a genuine diamond to this hotel. You came to room to check up on my wife and I when we weren't doing too well. Your suggestions to arranging a ride for us...

Being a guest at Serena Hotel, Faisalabad was a delightful experience all the way around. As a matter of fact, it was truly exceptional. The room, the pool and the gym are all very clean and well maintained. The service and staff always pleasant, they aim to please. The free breakfast was a broad display of the finest prepared dishes, danishes, fruits, a variety of drinks as well many other breakfast items. Everything I have eaten at the Serena Hotel was greatly enjoyed. My safety was...

Yes room very clean, staff always agreeable to any request. Breakfast ample and of good variety of Pakistani and western food.

Overall a good experience as always, BUT they should start focusing on getting the lights in washroom/bedroom fixed, serve ppl who order outside food AND get a BETTER router for WiFi. I've noticed before and this time aswell most of the lights in washroom are not working (there are black burn marks on the roof or around the lights) which makes the washroom very very gloomy

This is my second time staying in this hotel and from now on I will stay here always, the hotel is confortable, the food amazing, the staff is the best part. I really feel welcome every time. Thank you for make me feel safe and attended.

Super polite and helpful staff. The place is clean. I really like it that they have nice wood floors and not a grotty old carpet
